Zanzibar

Zanzibar image

The Zanzibar Archipelago, located in the Indian Ocean 35km off the coast of Tanzania, is a breathtaking spot to escape and explore.

Exotic spices, clear blue waters and a deep history of slave-trading would spring to mind when you think of Zanzibar. However, this 6 day journey will help you discover, there really is so much more to this incredible island.

If you’re passionate about food, forests, cultures rich in history, animals and stunning beaches, then this is definitely the island for you.

Support the wildlife of Zanzibar - Say no to plastic bags!

Plastic is a significant threat to marine life, including turtles & dolphins. Plastic bags are often used by local store owners to pack your souvenirs. Instead of adding to the plastic problem, why not use a beautifully made local cloth bag to take back your treasures in. Pick up a bag from the Sasik's Women’s Cooperative.
