This class will mimick Billie Kincaids Yin class. The poses will explore the water element, winter months, and prepare us to retreat from the external noise and chaos and allow your attention to steady and sink on what is happening internally. Saturday your one-hour accessible vinyasa flow (breath to movement) will be finished up with a 30-minute stretch session with Debbie Morris.
