This contract and any dispute, claim or other matter of any description which arises out of or in connection with this contract is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law. The registered office is Suite E, Canal Wharf, Ashton Road, Gargrave, BD23 3SE. The company is a member of the International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO) and is a member of the Travel Trust Association.Booking conditions are dependent on the type of booking you make with the company.
Bookings can be made by telephoning 01756 691762/07515575266, or by sending an enquiry using the online form. You must be 18 years or over to make a booking and all bookings are subject to availability. All bookings will be accompanied by a deposit. The booking will be deemed confirmed when confirmation has been received by yourself. An invoice will be sent which must be checked and any changes notified at once. Vouchers will be provided approximately two weeks prior to travel. Please check all documentation prior to travel. Dream Golf Holidays Ltd does not accept responsibility for any omissions of which they have not been informed in writing. Any costs incurred due to this will be the responsibility of the group leader.
The lead name of the group will be the person responsible for the whole booking. The lead name is responsible for:-Accepting the terms and conditions on behalf of the group. Making all payments due in accordance with the booking. Keeping members of the group updated of any changes to the booking.
All reasonable efforts have been made to ensure information provided is accurate (including prices). The information includes brochures, website, emails, newsletters and quotes. All our promotional material and printed media will also be covered. Occasionally mistakes and errors occur, therefore we will confirm details of your golfing break, including the price, at the time of booking.
There may be times when we have to alter the price of a golf break. This will not be limited to pricing error. You will be advised of the current price of the golf break before any booking. If there is a reduction in price due to a special offer then this price will not be applied to any confirmed bookings. We reserve the right to add a surcharge to the cost of the holiday should the exchange rate from the time of quotation to the time of full payment being made alter. We will absorb the equivalent to 2% of the total invoice. Only amounts in excess of this 2% will be surcharged. There are a number of ways in which to secure your booking.I) By paying a non-refundable deposit of £70 per person which would be paid at the time of booking. There may be times when a larger deposit is required due to the nature of the golf break. You will be advised accordingly. The balance of the golf break would be paid 6 weeks before the golf break for UK bookings and 8 weeks for overseas bookings. There may be occasions where both these time scales need to be longer due to individual resort or hotel requirements. You will be advised accordingly). If any payment is not made by the specific set dates we as agents or the Principal reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain any deposits paid).
By dividing your payment in to 3 equal amounts. The first payment will be made at the time of booking. The next two payments will be set at the time of booking).
By dividing your payment in to equal monthly payments, the payments must finish one month prior to the golf break being taken. You will set up a standing order payment to process the payments). If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the package being taken then full payment will be required at the time of booking. Your golf break only includes what has been agreed on the booking form. Any additional services must be paid to the hotel. These may include spa treatments, purchases from pro shops and any meals and drinks not stated to be included in the price of your break.
At present payment methods include bank transfer into the Company's trust account or by Credit card and debit card.
Dream Golf Holidays are members of The Travel Trust Association (TTA). This membership financially protects your money. The TTA is a trade association of Travel Agents, Tour Operators and Travel Organisers, that operate trust accounts, in order to provide financial protection for the consumer. The TTA lays down strict guidelines on how customer funds may be handled and each member must adhere to these guidelines. Every TTA member puts customer’s funds in to a designated trust account, which is supervised by an independent trustee. The trustee is a Banker, Chartered Accountant or Solicitor. Your funds are held in this account and may not be released unless you receive your holiday or your funds are released to another company that becomes responsible and provides for your financial protection.
There may at times be minor changes to your holiday, this will happen rarely and only when absolutely necessary.If there is a major change to your holiday then the options are:-
a) the change is accepted
b) booking another holiday from Dream Golf Holidays Ltd
c) cancelling your holiday.
If a change is required to your holiday whilst you are already away we will keep this to a minimum and only in extreme cases. This may include a change of golf course or accommodation. If your holiday does need to be cancelled by us you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a holiday of comparable standard. Your holiday will not be cancelled within 8 weeks of departure other than for reasons of force majeure or in the event that payment is not received by the due date. If you have to cancel your holiday it must be made in writing by the person named on the invoice. This can be done by letter or email, though receipt of delivery must be provided. You will need to check your holiday insurance to see if you are covered for such action. Cancellation charges apply. Any booking cancelled as a whole will be chargeable as described below.·

The group leader is responsible for notifying any changes to numbers or to cancellation of the whole holiday. The above charges apply to both individual and group cancellations. If a substitute can be found then no charges will be applied.
If you have cause to complain whilst you are on your break or indeed come across problems you must inform the hotel or supplier as soon as possible and they will endeavour to put things right. You must follow these procedures to ensure we have had an opportunity to rectify the problem. Failure to do this may affect your rights. If nothing has been resolved whilst still on your break please email paul@dreamgolfholidays.com within 28 days of your return providing a full explanation of the situation.
Having adequate insurance we see is an essential part of any holiday. For your own peace of mind any policy should cover the cost of cancellation of the holiday by yourself. Ensure any policy covers the basic requirements that you need. Information can be found at www.fco.gov.uk which will help you to travel safely.
Dream Golf Holidays does not accept liability for any delays to your holiday. Individual operators will enact their terms and conditions in the case of delays.
In these booking conditions, “force majeure” means any event which we or the supplier could not, even with all due care, foresee or forestall. Such events may include, without limitation, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, epidemics and pandemics and all similar events outside our or our suppliers’ control.
In order to process your booking and meet your requirements, we must pass your personal details on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements. We would also like to hold your information (including any email address), where collected by us for Dream Golf Holidays Ltd future marketing purposes, to advise you on promotions and offers. If you do not wish to receive such approaches in future, please inform us as soon as possible.
Dream Golf Holidays Ltd has no responsibility for the playing conditions of the golf courses whether caused by course maintenance, or weather conditions etc. All the Golf courses and resorts will enact their course closure policy as they see fit. If the course has temporary tees and greens these are non-refundable and unavoidable and again will be at the discretion of each golf course.If a course is closed during your break we will do our utmost to redeem your payment or indeed secure a credit note for a future round. This service is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of each golf course. Please ensure you have valid handicap certificates with you at all times on the course. Some golf courses still require you to produce these. Golf courses retain the right to make each group up to a 4 ball. If you are hiring a vehicle the contract is with the hire company. Dream Golf Holidays Ltd is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or injury.
Dream Golf Holidays Ltd is a member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA), this gives you peace of mind with regards to any payments. All monies received are held in the Company's trust account, money only being able to be released to golf courses, hotels etc on submission of invoices. The trustee then pays the invoice.

When you book with Dream Golf Holidays Ltd, you can do so in the knowledge that your booking is secure, and your money is safeguarded. We have various protection plans and arrangements in place to be able to offer you 100% financial guarantee.
The Travel Trust Association (TTA) provides total financial protection for the customers of TTA Members’ in the event of a TTA Member’s financial failure. The financial protection involves two aspects, the Trust Account, and the Stand Alone Safe Seat Plan Guarantee plan. The combination of the Trust Account and the Guarantee will ensure that all the money which a customer has paid to a TTA Member is safely protected.
Trust Account
Every TTA Member operates a Trust Account. Every single penny received from a customer of the business must be deposited into the TTA Member’s Trust Account. The Trust Account is supervised by an independent Trustee who is either a banker, chartered or certified accountant or a solicitor. Both the Travel Trust Association members and the trustee are required to authorise payments from the trust account.
As the Trust Account is supervised by TTA Trustees (UK) Ltd, it is their role to ensure the correct operation of the Trust Account by enforcing the Trust Deed Document and TTA Code of Conduct.
Stand Alone Safe Seat Plan Guarantee
The Stand Alone Safe Seat Plan Guarantee is a financial Guarantee from the TTA to the customers of TTA Members. The Guarantee is issued to the customer on behalf of the TTA by the TTA Member. The Guarantee is to financially protect the Customer in the event that there are insufficient funds in the Member’s Trust Account due to fraud, theft or dishonesty committed by the TTA Member.
Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance (SAFI)
SAFI cover provides Tour Operators and other travel trade entities with the financial security that should a Scheduled Airline fail, to either reimburse the customer or, if they are already taking their trip, replace their flight to get them home where the passenger is outside their country of departure.
Scheduled Airlines are identified as those who sell to the public at large, publish a timetable and operate to a specific schedule including low cost airlines such as Easyjet or Ryan Air.
Air Travel Organisers Licence – ATOL
ATOL stands for Air Travel Organiser’s Licence. It is a government-run financial protection scheme operated by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). ATOL covers package holidays that include flights, and some flight only sales.
If the travel arrangements you buy are ATOL protected, you will receive an ATOL Certificate after making your payment, and you will need to keep the certificate safe. ATOL cover means that if the ATOL protected company fails and your holiday can no longer go ahead you will be entitled to a refund if you are yet to travel, and hotel costs and flights home if you are abroad.
ATOL is a financial protection scheme, it does not provide other assistance if there are other problems with your holiday. Flights booked directly with airlines are not protected under the ATOL scheme.
