This tropical paradise in the Indian Ocean is home to rare bird-life, nesting turtles, and spectacular coral reefs. Every year in November and December, one of nature’s most incredible natural processes takes place with millions of red crabs migrating from the forest to the ocean to lay their eggs. This remarkable experience sees the crabs swarming roads, rivers and beaches in a red carpet of crustaceans. You will spend the week photographing unique wildlife whilst being surrounded by the tropical beauty of Christmas Island itself.
