This trip is for members of Austin Skiers and Travel Club and others having reciprocal status (due to being a member of another club affiliated with the Texas Ski Council). Registrations made by anyone else will be cancelled unless the membership or reciprocity requirement is met within 24 hours and communicated to the Trip Chair listed above.

SKI PASS INFO
Park City is an "EPIC Pass" ski resort.
The Club partners with Sports America to provide discounted rates on ski passes. Important information about purchasing passes and the Club's link to access discounted pricing are available >> HERE
When ordering a pass using the above mentioned link, registrants receive a trip refund of 6.5% of the pass purchase price!
Day Lift Tickets for non-pass holders are NOT available as a ADD ON during registration.

$300 DUE at Registration + $300 if Single Supplement was selected during registration.
$381 DUE SEP 5 for Round Trip Airfare if selected during registration (required by airline)
$500 DUE OCT 5 + $500 if Single Supplement was selected during registration.

Payment Options: The club provides 2 options for payment, credit card and direct bank ACH payment.
If credit card is selected, the credit card fee is charged to the registrant and appears as a separate charge from the trip charge on the registrant's credit card statement.
If a direct bank ACH payment is selected, there are no extra fees.

Snow Flower Buildings 1 & 2 offer ski-in/ski-out condo lodging at the base of Park City Mountain with 3 chairlifts (First Time, Three Kings, and Eagle) just outside your door.
The group will be in 2 bedroom/2 bath condos with 2 beds in each bedroom.

The group will be transported by private bus to the lodging . This is an Add-On that can be selected during registration.
Others flying in separately and joining in the group's transport to the lodging should plan to arrive around a similar time or before, to be on time for group's transport.
The bus will stop so everyone can purchase groceries.

The mode of electronic communication for the group will be the phone app, WhatsApp. There will be two chat groups.
One is for the Trip Chair to communicate important trip information to the entire group (e.g., any important changes on travel days; lunch, dinner., HHr meeting times and locations, etc.).
The other is for the group members to communicate amongst themselves (e.g., to share social topics; help meet up while skiing; share meeting times and locations for other activities, such as HHrs, dining, etc.; share trip photos; etc.)
Both chats will be activated about 30 days prior to departure. The Trip Chair will notify the group when the chats are enabled and provide instructions on how to download the app and connect with the two groups.
