Whitefish is NOT an Epic or Ikon destination; however it has its own ski passes that offer very reasonable, 3 tier pricing (Adult 18-65, Senior 65-69, Super Senior 70+).

Payment Schedule:
$300 deposit is due upon registration for double occupancy room.
$500 due on October 5th (+airfare if selected)
Final balance due on December 15th.
Additional costs may be due based on the add-ons chosen as listed in the trip registration page.
Due to Member requests, we no longer include the credit card fee in the trip pricing but allow members to choose their method of payment. If a credit card is used, the fees will be charged to the member on checkout and if ACH is chosen, there are no extra fees.
Note that this Trip is for current members of Austin Skiers, or those that have reciprocal status when it becomes available. Registrations made by anyone outside of these options will be cancelled unless the requirements (membership or reciprocity) are met within 24 hours of notification by the Trip Chair.

We will be staying in Grouse Mountain Lodge.
Daily Ski Shuttle from Grouse Mountain Lodge to Whitefish Mountain and back.
Ski Shuttles have a maximum of 11 guests per departure. All guests must pre-book to guarantee seats.
Shuttle from hotel to mountain: 8 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM
Shuttle from mountain to hotel: 3 PM, 4 PM, 5 PM
All guests should be ready and waiting in the lobby 10 minutes prior to the listed departure time.
Shuttles not scheduled in advance will be considered individual requests and be applied to the room as an incidental charge payable at checkout.

Whitefish Rentals, Repairs & Lockers-two locations, Base Lodge and the Village. Both shops are close to the slopes, so you can return any time to ask questions, make adjustments, or try a different size of boots, skis or board if something isn't working for you! We have organized a private bus. Please meet your trip chair at the baggage claim. We will proceed to the bus together.
If you have organized your own flights but purchased the airport transfer shuttle add-on, please be sure to meet the Club at the baggage claim.
NOTE: There is NO scheduled food/liquor stop with this shuttle. There is a complimentary shuttle at the lodge if needed.

Big Mountain is a big mountain, with 3,000 acres of varied terrain for skiers and riders of all skill levels. If you're not sure where to go first, join one of the Mountain Ambassadors for a free tour of the mountain, offered daily at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
There's no need to register in advance. Just look for the orange coats at the top or bottom of Chair 1 and an Ambassador will help you find your ideal skiing terrain!
Tours are FREE, but do require a lift ticket.
Tours leave daily at 10:30am and 1:30pm and are composed of very small groups.
To take a tour, guests must be able to ski comfortably on Blue More Difficult runs.
Large groups should call in advance so we can accommodate you with additional guides.
For a non-skiing event, how about visiting nearby Glacier Park for the day. The tour company, Tour Glacier, offers 3 types of winter tours each lasting 5-6 hours: driving, snowshoe, combination of driving/snowshoe. This is an optional excursion with an additional cost. To insure a reservation, the company recommends each person book no later than December.

The link below is the current participant/roommate list. The Trip Chair maintains this manually, so please let him know if you have any questions/concerns regarding its content.
The mode of electronic communication during this trip will be done by using the Whatsapp application. It will consist of 2 separate chats. One for the Trip Chair to communicate “trip business” topics to the registrants and one for all the registrants to communicate amongst themselves “social” topics and post photos. Both chats will be activated at least 30 days prior to our departure. The Trip Chair will notify the group when they are enabled and have further instructions on how to download/sign up for the 2 chats. If you do NOT plan to use Whatsapp, it is recommend that you find someone that is, so that you can stay informed.
