Great trip! Cameron set us up for success from the first step. He balanced detailed planning with empathetic flexibility, leading to a great experience for all. He did a great job with the overall planning, but the small things he did to make the trip good, like storing a suitcase in his car while we were at the parks all day so that a chaperone who was leaving early could get to it and to their flight on time, showed his dedication to customer satisfaction.

Great time there! Kaleidoscope messed up our sleeping arrangement & had 5 adults in two beds! Thanks guys! Had to pay $800 out of pocket!

Hi Carmen! We appreciate your feedback and always try to address our clients’ concerns with efficiency and empathy. Unfortunately, it seems that you may not have realized that you registered for a room that clearly stated it was a shared room for six people with three beds.
When you told us you were unhappy with the situation, we worked hard to find you different accommodations that would meet your needs. We’re sorry that we were unable to solve your problem to your satisfaction.
