Booking: A non-refundable deposit per person is required to reserve a space on a tour. The deposit amount is due immediately in order to ensure your space/reservation. The final payment is due on the date stated on your invoice. All payments made towards the balance will not be refunded. If traveling with a roommate please be aware that you will be responsible for the additional cost for Single Occupancy in the event of cancellation and if another roommate cannot be found. JW Trips™ will not be responsible for finding another traveler as a roommate.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Trip Interruptions: Due to the nature of group travel and contracting with service providers, deposits and payments made cannot be refunded. Unused hotel accommodations or any unused features or segments of the purchased tour are not refundable or exchangeable for other services. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price and will require a separate purchase.

We will visit the Canada Branch and stay at a hotel in Niagara Falls, Canada. You need a Passport Book, a Passport Card, or a US Green Card to cross the border.

- Your passport must be valid for six months after the return date.

- If you have a foreign passport or do not have a US Green card, you need to check visa requirements for Canada. (Visit Check Visa Requirements)

Note: Passport Agencies are taking longer to process passport applications and renewals. We strongly suggest applying or renewing with sufficient time.

Guided Bible and Bus tour in Washington DC
In the morning, we will pick you up on a motor coach bus to begin the day in Washington, DC.

First stop is a guided tour of the Museum of the Bible. We will visit 4 major exhibits in this two hours tour.

We will pause for lunch at 12:30p - 1:30p by eating at the museum cafeteria.

To enjoy all the main monuments in Washington DC, we will start our panoramic drive from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. We will quickly stop at the following monuments: US. Capitol, World War 2 Memorial, Martin Luther King Memorial, Lincoln Memorial (hop on/hop off), and The White House.

At 4:00 pm, we will continue our journey to NY. We will arrive in the evening at your hotel near Warwick Bethel. *Driving time from Washington to New York Hotel is approximately 6hrs

Visit World Headquarters of Jehovah's Witnesses and group dinner
In the morning, we will start with the self-guided tour of the new World Headquarters in Warwick for our afternoon self-guided tour! You will be able to enjoy three amazing exhibits: “The Bible and the Divine Name,” “A People for Jehovah's Name,” and “Faith in Action.”

After the tour, we will go for lunch, and then we will go for Ice Cream and enjoy the scenery and Jehovah's Creation.

Included is a group dinner at a local ranch in Chester, NY. After dinner, we will return to the hotel.

Visit Wallkill and the Harvest Inn and group lunch
In the morning, we will tour Wallkill, now the United States Branch Office. You will walk through the presses and learn how our publications are made.

After touring Wallkill, we will stop at the Harvest Inn Gift Shop to enjoy some time at this hidden gem owned by brothers. You can shop for exclusive meetings and ministry items, as well as many unique gifts, while you can enjoy some refreshments, snacks, and more at their coffee bar. Included is a group lunch at the Harvest Inn.

After that, we will drive back to the hotel so you can rest.

Visit Patterson and then Explore NYC like never before
In the morning, we will tour the Patterson Educational Center. Here, you will learn about our Art Department, Legal Department, Audio and Video Department, etc. Remember to take pictures with Caleb and Sophia!

After touring Patterson, we will have lunch near Patterson. You can change clothes before we head to NYC.

We will have a panoramic tour of lower Manhattan, where we will make our first stop at St. Paul's Chapel, a U.S. National Historic Landmark, to see one of the few places in NYC where you can see the tetragrammaton Jehovah's name (g04 1/22 p. 3) Later we will visit the 9/11 Museum. If time permits, we'll take the Staten Island Ferry.

On the Ferry, you can take impressive photos of Manhattan’s skyscrapers. We will return from the Ferry to the southernmost part of Manhattan and take our bus.

Then we will go to the Chelsea Area. There, you can dine on your own and take photos of the area with amazing views of the Vessel, Highland Park, and more.

At 8:30 pm., The bus will depart from The Chelsea Area to our hotel.

It's time to continue our journey to Niagara Falls, Canada.

Our first stop is Goat Island, Niagara Falls, NY.

Then we will cross to Canada (need an up-to-date passport) to our hotel in Niagara Falls, Canada (C lick here for border crossing requirements.)

We will stay at a hotel in Niagara Falls, Canada. You need a Passport Book, a Passport Card, or a US Green Card to cross the border.

I am at a lost for words to express how I feel about this experience. From day 1 Bro and Sis Obando made themselves available all the way to day 5. Itinerary was great , accommodations also . We were a congregation on wheels . Our tour bus driver Herman was great I was very comfortable with his driving . If I’m able to do this again I will use JW trips. Thanks for wonderful experience

This trip was amazing!!! We loved experiencing the branches with our fellow brothers and sisters. Everything was so well planned and thought out… Didn’t have to do a thing. We made new friends and got to see the love of our brotherhood in action. Definitely a memory our family will have for eternity. ❤️❤️❤️

I had a fabulous time! It was busy every day but I enjoyed it. This was my 3rd visit to the New York Bethels since 2006 but this was my first group visit. It was great visiting 'Bible Musuem' in D.C. and the highlighted tour in New York City. I felt I really got more details of the areas then ever before. I enjoyed the Canada Bethel guided tours. Our host bus guides were great! I enjoyed the spiritual activities on the bus. It was a trip of a lifetime!
