  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure.
  • Last-minute bookings (within 30 days) require full upfront payment.

📍 Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 80% refund (minus deposit).
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  • If the tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., COVID-19 restrictions), guests can reschedule or receive a voucher valid for 12 months.
