A lush valley upstream of our town. Warm up to the Nature reserve gate where numerous single tracks combine into a network with pristine views. Your guide will take you to both sides of the valley doing reds and blues.  Ride back to town and enjoy a lunch/wine tasting at the iconical Lanzerac Wine Estate and boutique hotel. Hint: try out the sumptuous Chocolate and wine pairing 

Stellenbosch Vineyards. On our first apres-bike day, we leave the many options over to you. We suggest no biking today, instead, have a great day out with any of our suggestions on our page related to our non-biking activities. For instance, how about having a cultural township visit on the edge of our town, after which we all go to a typical wine farm with excellent lunch facilities! 

Ride the vineyard single tracks. This is our flagship Shiraz terroir. We start the day with the technical Mont Marie trails, followed by Dornier`s trails which carry on forever. After descending Stellenzicht, the Wine Pod might stop you in your tracks. There is still Alto and the sporty-themed Ernie Els Wine Estate. Lunch venues are plenty on route.

This is the South African trail at its best. After the early morning-long climb out of the valley, you certainly will be rewarded with a combination of incredible vistas and mouth-watering smooth-manicured single tracks.  Rocky drops and table jumps pop up from nowhere and once you are back onto the valley`s side a long  

Cape Town. Our proud Mother City is not to be missed. A brisk 45-minute journey takes you to the heart of Cape Town. There is plenty to see in this historical city. Majestical Table Mountain waits to be conquered. So our challenge to you is to take it on. Climb Platteklip Gorge and descend the Cable cart. Then it is off to the Waterfront for lunch… we bet you will stay for dinner. 

One last waltz… After your final breakfast, there will be time for a quick ride or shopping spree in town. Then it is time to pack the bike or hand it in before your transport back to CT International Airport.

Go downhill fast! The newer additions to the Banhoek network are the farms Boschendal and Plasir de Merle. We are so amped to experience these gems that we will transport you there to have full enjoyment. Stop over at Boschendal Farm market…. You might need an Uber… 

The stairway to heaven. Situated outside of Somerset West an easy flowing ride through farmlands awaits until the big ascent to where Jan mixes his protea farm interspersed with fast-flowing technical trails.    

Stellenbosch activities – There are a wealth of surprises for the adventure seeker. There are 7 golf courses within 20 kilometers from town. Abseiling, canopy tours and so more. But how about a surf lesson in perfect waves a mere 15 minutes’ drive away. You have mastered the bike; it is now time to get into the drink…  

Panoramic views.  The whole rural landscape, by time a full 360 degrees, be at your feet, while grand old Table Mountain is looming large. Largely blue-graded, but no doubt, you will love to ride in such spectacular scenery.

Take one for the road. South Africa`s Western Cape region is spoiled for adventure. There is another visit to Cape Town to see the penguins at Boulders Beach en route to Cape Point. Or visit Aquilla Game Park where our continent`s big 5 are roaming free. Or how about cage diving with the massive White Sharks… c`mon Tiger!
