If you have made a deposit for a retreat and you are unable to come:
*if we are notified 35 days before the start of the retreat, you can transfer the deposit to the next retreat or receive the full deposit refund; *if we are notified between 34 days and 14 days before the retreat you will receive the full deposit refund ONLY if we can fill your space; *If you need to cancel within 14 days of the start of the retreat you have registered for, we ask that you honour paying the full amount of your retreat, as at this point it will be difficult for us to fill your space. If you have made the last payments for a retreat and you are unable to come:
*if we are notified 15 days before the start of the retreat, you can transfer the deposit to the next retreat or receive the full last payments refund; *If you need to cancel within 14 days of the start of the retreat you have registered for, we ask that you honour paying the full amount of your retreat, as at this point it will be difficult for us to fill your space.
