The retreat was the perfect opportunity to unplug, unwind and enjoy yoga in a beautiful setting, overlooking a quiet beach on an unspoiled Greek island. All of the details had been well considered, from the setting to the delicious food, the comfortable accommodation and the optional activities. Leah is a friendly, highly knowledgeable yoga instructor who made everyone feel welcome and included. Each yoga session was varied and adaptable enough to suit all levels of practice.

My experience at Leah's "Deeply Grounded Greece Yoga Retreat" in Andros, Greece was nothing short of transformative for both body and mind. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking to reconnect with themselves and find true inner peace. The bonds I formed with the group were deepened over delicious Greek meals, making the entire experience feel like a shared journey of discovery. The accommodation was stunning, offering luxurious comfort and direct access to the breathtaking Zorkos Beach - truly one of Greece's hidden gems. Each morning, we were treated to spectacular sunrises before diving into our practice, setting a serene tone for the day ahead. Leah, brought a calming presence that made me, as a beginner, feel fully supported. Her guidance was gentle yet empowering, and I always felt comfortable, even practicing alongside more experienced yogis. What really made the retreat special was how each practice felt unique, with Leah guiding us through practices that were as varied as they were grounding. It kept things fresh and exciting, and I found myself falling in love with yoga. I’m already looking forward to the next retreat with Leah - hopefully back in the beauty of Greece - or who knows where else?

Delightful, empowering, soulful and all around magnificent. Leah is a kind, intelligent, informed teacher. She embodies yogic principals and created an environment where everyone felt a meaningful part of the community. The location was fine. The pool area open and welcoming. Beds were comfortable.

My client was so pleased with all aspects of the course and with Leah's teaching. As a travel consultant I would not hesitate sending my clients to her courses.

This trip was absolutely life changing and spectacular. I don’t know how much Leah Sugerman is making, but whatever it is, she needs a raise. I have learned SO much - I went from being too scared to lead a five minute meditation to teaching sixty minute vinyasa classes with ease. She has this amazing way of making everyone feel so comfortable and confident in themselves no matter where they’re at. She is a very empowering and intelligent teacher, and clearly loves her job. The food was also the best I’ve ever eaten, and they had tons of gluten free options. I definitely did not starve. The staff is very friendly and lively and overall this was an experience I will never forget.

I booked a retreat with Leah at the last minute, as I was already in the Greek islands where it was being run. Leah was very accommodating and supportive from the start, answering questions, ensuring my arrival was easy, and informing me of what the retreat entailed. • Arrival: When I arrived at the port, I met some other students; everyone was open. When we arrived at the retreat, we were welcomed by a warm and caring instructor (Leah). From the start, it became apparent that the other students had been to other retreats with Leah, and they all spoke highly of the events and the teachings. • Accommodation: The views from my room were amazing, the facilities offered were 5-star, the staff couldn’t do enough for you, and the food was excellent; I could not fault any of it. It was a truly comfortable and well-cared-for environment. • The retreat: The content was diverse and engaging, and Leah's support was unwavering. I learned and grew in ways I hadn't anticipated, which was a truly inspiring and motivating experience. • Other participants: Five of the twelve students (41%) had completed the 200 YTT, and all wanted to attend Leah’s retreat. People had flown in from around the world to participate. That is a good advocation for the space Leah creates and the respect Leah has gained within a global community. The whole group bonded and had interesting stories to tell, and I’m sure everyone's paths will cross somewhere in the future. • The Teacher: It's hard to describe the knowledge, support, and space Leah provides for her students. Leah was always around to answer questions, and it was not unusual to sit for hours after breakfast, talking about yoga, life, and any topic people wanted to address Summary: If you are looking for a yoga retreat with warm kindness and want to expand your yoga practice, I highly recommend connecting with Leah and finding out when and where the next retreat is being held.
