Our comprehensive training program has been meticulously crafted to provide you with a holistic understanding of yoga philosophy, asana practice, anatomy, meditation techniques, and the art of teaching. Whether you're looking to deepen your personal practice or pursue a career in teaching yoga, this program is designed to empower and inspire you every step of the way.
Here's what you can expect from our Supernova Teacher Training Program:
- Expert Guidance: Led by seasoned yoga instructors with years of experience, you'll receive personalized attention and guidance throughout the training.
- Comprehensive Curriculum: Our curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including yoga philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, adjustments, meditation, and more.
- Practical Experience: Put your learning into practice through teaching opportunities, assisting classes, and hands-on workshops.
- Community Support: Join a supportive community of like-minded individuals who share your passion for yoga and personal growth.
- Certification: Upon successful completion of the program, you'll receive a Yoga Alliance accredited certification, allowing you to teach yoga internationally.

A $500 non-refundable deposit will hold your space in this training. The remaining payment is due before the start of training. Payment plans are available. Training cost is non-refundable
