Selena has an encyclopedic knowledge of asana, folklore, and breathwork, and is a truly extraordinary teacher. I was struck by her ability to meet each person where they were at and make individuals of all levels feel welcome and appropriately challenged. I enjoyed the open schedule and the freedom to explore surrounding areas. The venue was stunning, and I loved having the opportunity to meet people from all over the world. I will carry what I learned on this retreat with me for a long time, and can’t recommend Selena’s retreats highly enough!

Greece AND retreating with Selena is an incredible experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and would highly recommend taking retreats with Selena anywhere she hosted them. Greece was a bonus. This is my second retreat with Selena. Each experience is curated and designed to unlock something specific inside yourself. Every detail has been sought out and the entire retreat was filled with special memories I will cherish. I came away feeling saturated with creativity and inspiration. The venue and accommodations were magic, and I loved each beautiful sunrise over the Tuscan hills. The practices were a wonderful mix of unique movements and storytelling. Each story unlocked something new and insightful within. I spent so much time writing and crafting my own stories. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. This is a gift to give yourself that you will never regret.

An amazing yoga retreat with Selena. She goes above and beyond, tells mythical stories in a beautiful way, her yoga practices are so healing - unlocking parts of you that may have been closed for a long time. My husband and I had an amazing time and we made wonderful connections with people on the retreat. The island Amorgos is so so beautiful too and the hotel staff are simply amazing.
