When Booking
ONLY ONE PERSON PER BOOKING FORM, PLEASE, UNLESS YOU ARE BOOKING SOMEONE YOU WILL ALSO BE PAYING FOR. Do NOT choose any other option. For each person you book, you will also get their invoice which is why we ask, only if you are booking someone you are paying for. We strongly suggest letting your non related roommates book on their own for this reason.
Before booking this tour, please review and understand the terms and conditions found at our website regarding penalties and refunds. Please note, unless you book a Viking airfare special, the final payment deadline is June 1, 2021. Should someone register after this date, full payment is due at time of registration and space/prices are subject to availability. Please register early as spaces cannot be guaranteed.
Please do not make air arrangements until this trip has been confirmed as a go.
