**A note about the Covid outbreak: Situations change weekly in NYC so please, do your own research as to vaccination status for shows, meals, and excursions. Like all of Broadway, many other venues are requiring your vaccination card for entry in the greater NYC area. Thank you!

We don't anticipate many price changes in this one year-reschedule event but as venues continue to reopen, PAC reserves the right to pass any small increases along to each of you. As of July 16, 2021, we think all is now good and stable! Some excursions MAY still slightly readjust in scheduled time. Don't worry, we'll communicate openly AS/IF any of this happens. We expect to solidify all by August for you. Pricing in your accounts will be updated by August.
We have received requests to reserve JUST tickets to the Thanksgiving Dinner at the Liberty House with the band. Right now, tickets are limited to just the band, and to those traveling with the band on their Friends, Family, and Alumni package (reserved here). This because of limited seating. IF we have additional tickets available, and we don't think we'll know till mid-September, we'll offer them here. The Sheraton is a good hotel in a great location! The Friends, Family, and Alumni trip does include Thanksgiving dinner as well as transportation from the Sheraton. Please consider this option!! You can reserve the hotel for 3, 4, 5, and even 6 nights if you would like (more by contacting us here).

Attracting more than 3.5 million people to the streets of New York City each year, as well 50 million TV viewers nationwide, the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade has become so synonymous with Thanksgiving tradition in NYC that it's often shortened to "The Macy's Day Parade."
Your University of Alabama Million Dollar Band is going and so can you to cheer them on as parents, friends, family, and Alumni!
We invite you to share in the traditions of this World Class event with them through their tour partner, Performing Arts Consultants. PAC has taken top-notch bands to this amazing parade for over thirty years!

Thanksgiving Dinner w/the Band!
The Liberty House Restaurant located in Liberty State Park, NJ, offers breathtaking views of the spectacular New York City Skyline.

This cosmopolitan, full-service restaurant and event space is one of the most sought-after locations in New Jersey and the University of Alabama Million Dollar Band has it reserved for up to 1,000 performers, friends, and family on Thanksgiving night!
Their family style Thanksgiving dinner will include baskets of freshly baked Corn Bread and Biscuits, Traditional Fresh Vermont Turkey, Bourbon Glazed Ham, Stuffing, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Natural Turkey Gravy, Green Beans, Caesar Salad, Fresh Baked Pumpkin Pie with whipped Cream Topping, Soda, Juice, Coffee and Tea. There will also be a cash bar to accompany dinner.
Securing the Liberty House is to enable all of us, UofA band members, families, friends, and Alumni to enjoy a post parade Thanksgiving celebration together.
Dinner and bus transportation from the Sheraton is included in your package (a 30-40 minute bus ride for spectacular views at Thanksgiving dinner!)
Due to limited seating, tickets are currently only available to those traveling with the band, or participating in this Friends, Family, and Alumni offering.
Airfare and Airport Transportation
When YOU see a great price to La Guardia, Kennedy, Newark, or even Islip…grab it! If you need help or assistance securing airfare, seek out the airline direct to book your “best deal.” We recommend internet sites like kayak.com or expedia.com, etc, to find your best fare!
As you’ll be booking your own airfare, PAC will not be arranging airport transportation for you. There are a variety of options from shuttle buses, to Uber/Taxi, to city bus/subway combinations available to get you to the Sheraton hotel. As example, the Uber fare from LGA to the Sheraton hotel is approximately $42.00 ($21.00 each if two of you, $14.00 each if three, etc). Please use these numbers in budgeting your expense and Google for any of the other New York area airports.
Parade Viewing & "VIP" Viewing Options
UPDATED JULY 16 2021: For parade viewing, we’re staying just off the parade route in the heart of Manhattan and suggest you, your friends and family get an early start to find their best viewing for the parade. We'll send you parade viewing guides as we closer to the date! Bleacher seats to this parade just aren't available and are closely managed by Macy's (and not for sale).

We’ve seen a few commercial vendors selling everything from simple reserved parade viewing to gourmet all you can eat and drink packages at $500.00 or more. Most/All grandstand seats are NOT FOR SALE and most parade viewing, unless you're well-connected, is from the street.
As an option, PAC recommends "Your VIP Pass" as we've used them before with fantastic reviews! They are offering the University of Alabama a 10% discount on their offerings. A bit pricey as these are truly "VIP" viewing areas with food and drink and a little more so this year with a restriction on numbers with the pandemic. Here is their information:

Broadway** and Optional Tours
Whereas most Broadway shows haven't released their ticket pricing for November 2021 yet, Performing Arts Consultants will secure blocks of seats for you, your friends, and family to see some of the best shows on Broadway at group pricing!
**We have listed the "approximate pricing" of the shows and attractions (including all taxes and fees) based on its current run/last known price. Once final, if there is a change (likely only slight), we'll adjust your final trip payments accordingly! Shows subject to change (yes, Broadway might surprise us with the closing of a popular show or two) and are fully refundable up to 90 days prior to show date or funds transferable toward another show selection!
THIS IS THE BUSIEST WEEK in New York City and most Broadway shows (and tours) sell-out. Let us get these reserved...for YOU!

We have heard from most venues and have just one minor price adjustments at this time. This will be updated in your account over the next few weeks for payment. If you choose to cancel an Excursion or Broadway Experience because of this, just write us and we'll take care of you (really though, they are small changes to just a couple of events). You’re going to have a great time!

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
A $50.00 cancellation fee is applied to all reservations made after February 1, 2021.
In consideration of non-refundable payments made by Performing Arts Consultants to tour operators, land operators, airlines and other agents associated with travel and/or festival arrangements, accommodations and/or services, the following will apply:
Cancellation for any reason (other than the parade cancelling as in 2020), PAC will refund all monies paid minus $50.00 pp of your original $100.00 deposit.
- 60-46 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE – a $50.00 per person cancellation fee PLUS any cancellation charges and non-refundable payments levied by the various vendors mentioned above.
- 45-31 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE – a $100.00 per person cancellation fee PLUS any cancellation charges and non-refundable payments levied by the various vendors mentioned above..
- 30 DAYS OR LESS DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE – Absolutely NO refunds will be granted
PAYMENT POLICY
Upon receipt of your invoice, please mark the payment dates on your calendar to maintain a punctual payment schedule. WeTravel will send notices in reminder. Payments are timed to when PAC needs to pay vendors for your fabulous trip! Late payments are subject to a $25.00 late payment fee which we don't really want to collect!

Travel Insurance
Whereas PAC is not an insurance company, you may purchase trip insurance for the value of you trip at third-party sited if you would like. We often use travelinsured.com who can quote your insurance price online based on the value of your trip. Coverage and regulations have changed quite a bit in the Covid era so please, read your coverage documents carefully with whomever you choose!
