Good, really fun!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Washington DC, and I can't say enough about our outstanding tour guide, Katie May. From the moment our tour began, it was clear that we were in for a treat. Katie's knowledge of DC is awe-inspiring. She effortlessly wove together historical facts, political insights, and personal stories that brought the city to life. Whether we were standing before the Korean Memorial or exploring the halls of the Capitol, Katie's commentary added depth and context to everything we saw. What really set Katie apart was her enthusiasm. Her passion for the city was infectious, and she managed to keep our entire group engaged throughout the tour. She had a knack for making even the most complex historical events accessible and interesting. Katie was also incredibly accommodating. She paced the tour perfectly, ensuring that everyone in the group could keep up while still covering all the major sites. She was patient with questions and always ready with thoughtful, informative answers. Her text pictures set us up for success. Perhaps most importantly, Katie created an atmosphere that was both educational and fun. Her sense of humor and friendly demeanor made the tour feel less like a history lesson and more like an exciting adventure through the nation's capital. My daughter (Caitlin)was a participant and I was a chaperone on this amazing trip! We absolutely loved this trip! We had an amazing, fearless leader Linda; she was amazing! She was very knowledge and willing to go over and beyond whatever we asked (within reason, of course). It was very long days but she kept all of us together and on time. Our drivers were very good also. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We can't wait for the next adventure! Thanks so much!

The staff retreat was wonderful. It was fantastic seeing the team, meeting our supplier partners, growing as a tourism professional and learning about the importance of communicating. Thank you Keith, Robin, Cameron and everyone for an educational and insightful week.
