Accommodations:
Each room is well appointed with luxurious contemporary finishes, standard room comforts, automated in-room iPad services, a built in closet, Nespresso machine, interactive flat screen TV, bottled water, in-room security safe, bathrooms with separate shower and tub, and city views of the glittering skyline or waterways of the Business' Bay.
DUBAI
Located in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Dubai is a city known for being a leader in ultramodern architecture, having the tallest building and largest mall in the world, and being a one-stop destination for an ultimate vacation, filled with unique experiences. The local currency is AED. Dubai is largely Islamic and conservative, however, as a one of the main tourist destinations of the world, they are not as strict as other some other Islamic cities. Nevertheless, please be sure to research their local customs, laws, and instructions for proper attire to be worn in public and in the Mosque.
ROOM RATES
ROOMS AND RATES:
Rooms with 2 beds are VERY limited and are by REQUEST ONLY. When making your reservation, please indicate "2 beds" in your reservation and someone from MTC will contact you and let you know if your request has been approved. Until the room is confirmed by MTC, 2 beds can not be guaranteed.
Unless denoted as a "SOLO" or "SINGLE" room, all rates posted are PER PERSON and based on double occupancy (2 people sharing 1 room). If you are booking for more than one person you must put (2) in the drop down.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Your first payment of $150 (1st half of the deposit) is non-refundable per the hotel's policy and can not be used as future travel credit. Your second payment of $150 (2nd half of the deposit) is also non-refundable but CAN be used as a ONE-TIME future credit towards a trip booked through Moe's Travel Connections ONLY, IF canceled by July 31, 2024 Please note that this credit may not be transferred to another person or to more than one booking. Once the credit is used on your next trip, it will not carry over to another trip. If you decide to also cancel the future trip, you will forfeit the credit applied. All other payments are fully refundable until July 15th ,2024. FINAL PAYMENT DUE July 15,2024.
PASSPORTS
PASSPORTS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS TRIP

+ Expiration dates must be after May 2025
+ If you do not already have a passport, please apply immediately after booking. Passport numbers will be requested no later than August 31, 2024.
ON-TIME PAYMENTS AND PROCESSING
You can make FREE payments by using direct debit and paying directly from your bank account. However, if you choose to pay with a credit card or debit card number, the system will charge you a small payment processing fee per transaction made.
After making your second deposit payment, you will be enrolled into a payment plan. All payments must be made on-time to prevent cancellation. Without written communication to Moe's Travel Connection, no payment extensions will be granted and your reservation will be canceled WITHOUT refund. Please contact the agency immediately if you have any questions or concerns about your payment plan.
HOW TO BOOK WITH A ROOMMATE
If you are sharing a room with someone, but would like to pay separately, please book independently and simply include your roommate's name where prompted to do so. You can book a separate reservation by putting "1" in the drop when selecting your room option. Please reach out if you have any questions about this BEFORE booking.
INSURANCE IS STRONGLY SUGGESTED!!

We STRONGLY advise all travelers to purchase travel insurance as soon as they make their deposit or NO LATER THAN 14 days after you make your initial deposit for the best price and coverage options. We also suggest adding a "cancel for any reason" option so that you can get 50-80% of your money regardless of the reason for cancellation. Please note that most travel plans only cover some emergencies and unforeseen circumstances; read the coverage document before purchasing.

All travelers will need to download "WhatsApp"--an application that allows you to make phone calls or text using Wi-Fi or mobile data. To ensure that a MTC representative can contact you while in Dubai and your driver can reach you to find you at the airport or hotel to pick you up, you must have a way to be contacted. The preferred method in Dubai is What's App.

Itinerary
