This Retreat is entirely virtual and will meet from 9am-4pm via Zoom. We will take a one hour lunch break for lunch.
Grief is a long and personal journey, and the holidays can be difficult with the absence of your loved one(s), but it’s one that you don’t have to travel alone. With support, during our retreat, you can honor your loss, work through your pain, and find ways to live meaningfully again. Let’s take the next step toward healing together.

● Group coaching sessions on different topics related to managing symptoms of grief and creating meaning making from grief experiences.
● Yoga exercises
● community-building activities and discussion surrounding grief experiences
● Client will be mailed, to their home address, a custom care package for use during the retreat to include:
1. workbook with worksheets and activities to complete during the retreat
2. Art activities to assist with expression of memories surrounding grief experiences with provided materials
3. $5 gift card for starbucks for drink of choice.
