Amelia Andaleon has been leading domestic and international yoga retreats for over 10 years. She blends her love of nature and spirituality into what she teaches during her classes and how she organizes her retreat's daily schedule. Nature is her sanctuary and her happy place. She will jump at the opportunity to teach yoga and/or adventure outdoors, which is a common thread in her yoga offerings.
Amelia has thousands of hours of yoga teacher training, runs her own Spiritually Fit Yoga RYS (Registered Yoga Schooled) to train and mentor yoga teachers, and brings yoga philosophy into her life off the mat. Amelia is masterful at teaching organically to who is right in front of her and is accessible and approachable. Cultivating community and seeing and noticing her students are core values in how she teaches.
Amelia is passionate about leading others on their journey to discovery, offering the tools of yoga, meditation, energy work, and personal empowerment to live with purpose, joy, and vitality. Amelia genuinely teaches from her lived experience of applying yoga to her personal life, especially after being diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) in 2003. Yoga is much more than a physical practice to her. Her journey started with an emphasis on physically challenging classes and has since evolved into a more balanced and nuanced way of teaching and practicing yoga.
Amelia has spent decades practicing yoga, and teaching Baptiste Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and her style of Yang/Yin Yoga. She is a Certified Meditation Teacher through davidji and often guest teaches in Carlsbad, CA during his Meditation Teacher Trainings. Amelia is also a Certified Reiki 2 Healer, and Sound Healer. During the retreat she will offer energy healing during some of the afternoon workshops.
If you are looking for a teacher or retreat which focuses on the physical practice of yoga or learning inversions or arm-balances, that is NOT what Amelia will be emphasizing during this Bali Bliss Yoga Retreat. She offers those types of retreats, but, in this one you will be invited to work on your inner-space, apply the principles of yoga, and open up to the possibility of breakthroughs and transformation.

If required, payment plans can be arranged by contacting your organizer. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Your remaining balance is due 4 months before the start date of the retreat (January 1, 2026.)
Travel insurance is required to join this retreat to cover any unforeseen illness/cancellations.
When you purchase your travel insurance, confirm that they will fully cover your retreat costs if you need to cancel for any reason.
All payments are fully creditable for 24 months (starting from retreat date) towards a postponed date if the retreat is cancelled by the organizer or if unforeseen circumstances prevent entrance to Bali.
Mobility and Fitness Level Requirements:
- Participant should be comfortable walking up and down stairs at the resort, to enjoy the included excursions, and easily move from standing to seated positions.
- If there is any concern about participating in physical activities, please consult your doctor.
Yoga Participation:
- No yoga experience is required to attend this retreat.
- To fully participate in all yoga offerings, previous experience with vinyasa, hatha, and/or yin yoga is recommended.
- Participating in a yoga class may involve sitting in meditation, moving through a vinyasa sequence, or observing the class while listening and journaling.
- Yoga is about self-observation and practicing tools and techniques to regulate emotions and calm the fluctuations of the mind.
- Students will be reminded to practice mindfulness and to modify postures to meet the current state of physical ability in all movement-based activities.
- Variations in a posture can be provided as needed.
- There is no requirement to execute any yoga postures or physical activities.
- Participation in yoga classes is optional.
Teacher/Student Interactions:
- Your yoga teacher will create a safe, respectful, & compassionate space during your retreat.
- Your yoga teacher offers guidance on your personal journey to self-discovery.
- Your yoga teacher will not prescribe answers or solutions for personal issues
- Your yoga teacher will lead students to discover answers within themselves.
- Any private information shared with your yoga teacher will remain confidential.
- Personal information shared in your retreat group setting shall remain confidential.
- Your yoga teacher will present tools and techniques which students will have the agency to choose to employ or not.
- Your yoga teacher will offer physical assists in yoga postures only with the student's consent.
- Your yoga teacher is not trained to offer medical advice.
- Your yoga teacher is not your therapist.
- Your yoga teacher is not your guru.
- Mutual respect between student and teacher, and student to student, is encouraged.
Minimum age:
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Exceptions can be considered if a minor is joining the retreat with a parent or legal guardian.

Retreats are an ideal place and time to cease habits which do not serve you. If this is a goal you have in mind, please mention this in the comments so Amelia can support you and help keep you accountable.
This is a no-smoking retreat. Please refrain from smoking on the property.
Alcohol is not included in your provided meals and it is not available for purchase at the resort. You may purchase it elsewhere and bring it to the restaurant to enjoy with your meal.
To practice conscious awareness of self in your natural state, we encourage refraining from using mind-altering substances during the retreat. And, it's your choice. No one will be enforcing this, unless it causes undesirable, harmful behavior.
If you choose to engage in mind-altering substances (including alcohol) please practice ahimsa, to do no harm to others or to yourself. Harmful, inappropriate, offensive or illegal behavior will result in terminating participation in this retreat and no arrangement for alternative accommodations will be provided and no refunds will be offered.
There are 5 standalone Jungle Villas with patios overlooking the pool, jungle Enjoy your Bali Bliss eco-luxury room with your roommate for 5 nights and 6 days! Room can be figured with TWO TWIN BEDS or ONE KING BED. Specify your room configuration upon checkout. Enjoy your private balcony with jungle views, luxury bathroom with shower and tub.
