Price: The price of $1489 is based on a minimum of 110 students over 3 buses (36 per bus) and is estimated to be the most a student would need to pay. You can make payments of up to $1100 until the end of November. Final price will be determined after the October payment once we know our final passenger count. 

Dates of Travel: The dates of travel are subject to change based on the NHL Schedule being announced in August. Itinerary will remain the same once we determine the week of travel.

Refunds: Payments made prior September 15th are fully refundable less a 4% administration fee. After September 15th, any refunds of deposits will be considered on an individual basis. A cancellation penalty after September 15th will apply.

Parent’s Meeting: A parents meeting will be scheduled in September to review trip itinerary and discuss student requirements for participation.

 Initial deposit of $200 is required to hold your booking. Future instalments will be refundable upon cancellation prior to September 15th, 2024 less 4% fee. Any participant cancellation(s) after September 15th will be considered on an individual case-by-case basis and will be subject to a cancellation penalty. 

Once the October 30th, 2024 payment is made, the tour becomes fully non-refundable. This is because we have commitments to suppliers that we will need to honor.
