Deposit: starts at $150 depending on the booking date - regardless of the purchase of insurance, deposits are NOT refundable for this group trip.

Cancellation Policy: All payments for the Winter Heat Wave: Punta Cana Takeover are non-refundable and non-transferable; we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. If interested in purchasing travel insurance, please work with Seantay, your Xscape2Paradise Travel Agent, for a quote. There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please read the cancellation policies in it's entirety as this cancellation policies may differ from the standard policies of other suppliers. ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE ASSESSED A 100% CANCELLATION FEE. If a missed flight or any other delay - for any reason prevents you from attending, you will be responsible for re-booking a different flight or you will be considered a no-show. Please note that your decision not to travel due to State Department advisories or fear of travel will constitute cancellation by you. No refund or credit will be given for any unused features or early departures for any reason.

1. Passenger Protection Plan (PPP) $69
cancel for any reason up to 24hrs prior to travel date, refund in form of future travel voucher for cost of land portion; as a reminder, the deposit is non-refundable and not covered, air penalty is charged (ranges from $150-$250) can then use the remaining refund to purchase new flight. 2. Passenger Protection Plan Plus (PPP+) $99
cancel for any reason up to 2hrs prior to travel date, refund full package price minus cost of insurance and the non-refundable deposit - refund in the original form of payment. Easy cancel, no claims to file. Cost of this plan is due at deposit /booking.

Payments
Payments are made at your own leisure; though optional, we encourage you to make small payments leading up to the final payment date (Oct 4th). A monthly payment plan is available for those that are interested.
Please take note of these 3 important dates as the following is required to keep your vacation package in good standing:
- by 5/17/19 - A minimum of $250 should be paid on your booking (this includes your initial $150 deposit)
- by 7/12/19 - A minimum of $350 should be paid on your booking (this includes your initial $150 deposit and the $100 payment from 5/17/19)
- 10/4/2019 - FINAL PAYMENT DATE: any remaining balance you have must be paid by 10/4/19
These payments can be made in one lump sum or broken up over time as long as you meet the minimum by each date listed.
