They were consistently responsive and incredibly accommodating, ensuring every detail of our diving experience was taken care of. A special shout-out to Camilla, our guide in February 2025! She was not only knowledgeable and professional but also friendly, courteous, and genuinely kind. Camilla made our dives truly memorable, taking extra time to point out and explain the unique marine life that Cozumel is so famous for. Thanks to her expertise, we discovered fascinating underwater creatures we may have otherwise missed, enhancing the entire experience. The reefs and marine life around Cozumel were absolutely stunning—every dive left us in awe of the vibrant corals and diverse species. We were truly not disappointed by the beauty of this locale. Our journey with this company actually began in September 2024. Despite not having our certification information on hand, they went above and beyond to assist us in tracking it down. (This was no easy feat, as it had been over 20 years since we were certified, and we had yet to transition to the e-platforms used today.) Unfortunately, our trip was interrupted by a hurricane, and the marinas were shut down, preventing us from diving. However, the company kept us well-informed and worked tirelessly to reschedule around the weather, even though nature didn't cooperate. As per their terms and conditions, they refunded our money promptly, which we greatly appreciated. Although we couldn't dive in September, the outstanding service we received left such a positive impression that we promised to return—and we did, in February 2025! Once again, the team made our dive planning seamless. We simply arrived at the marina, and everything was waiting for us on the boat, making for a hassle-free experience. Before each dive, our guide took time to discuss the plan, ensure we were comfortable, and share interesting details about what we might encounter underwater, along with any safety precautions we needed to keep in mind. This thoughtful approach made the experience even more enjoyable and reassuring. Overall, this was an exceptional experience, and we look forward to returning in the future. We will definitely be reaching out again to plan our next dives with this wonderful team!
