8-9am Restorative Pilates – Gratitude practice.
9-10am Breakfast
10 -12.30pm Mountain walk – Mindfulness practice
1-2pm Lunch
2-6pm Treatments/visit local attractions
6-7pm Dinner
7.30-9.30pm - Story Telling in the Roundhouse

8-9am Vinyasa into meditation
