About this trip

Amboseli National Park (Kenya)

Amboseli is renowned for its breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak. The park is famous for its large herds of elephants, often seen traversing open plains with Kilimanjaro in the background, creating some of the most iconic imagery of Africa. In addition to elephants, visitors can expect to see buffalo, giraffes, lions, cheetahs, and a variety of bird species. The park’s mix of swamp areas, dry plains, and woodlands offers a diverse habitat for wildlife, making every game drive an opportunity to see different animals.

Tarangire National Park (Tanzania)

Tarangire is distinguished by its dense population of towering baobab trees and its river, which attracts numerous animals during the dry season. Known for one of the largest concentrations of elephants in Tanzania, it also has impressive numbers of zebras, wildebeests, and various antelope species. Seasonal swamps, acacia woodlands, and the Tarangire River itself are magnets for wildlife, making the park a fantastic spot for game viewing, especially during the dry season (June-October). Birdwatchers will also appreciate the park’s diverse birdlife, with over 500 species recorded here.

Ngorongoro Crater (Tanzania)

The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the world’s largest volcanic calderas and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its unique enclosed ecosystem creates an ideal environment for wildlife viewing, with a high density of animals all year round. Visitors can expect to see the "Big Five" – lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, and buffalo – as well as other species like hyenas, hippos, and flamingos around the crater lake. The crater’s lush forests, grassy plains, and swamps offer a picturesque backdrop for game drives, and its high-altitude rim provides breathtaking panoramic views of the crater floor below.
