Join us for a memorable night in Brooklyn for a celebration of Palestinian culture and history through cuisine by Chef Saif Manna.
We would love to formally invite you to a specially curated plant-based five course tasting menu. This unique dining experience will not only be an opportunity to celebrate Palestinian culture and connect with like minded individuals, but also offer a glimpse into this vibrant cuisine that has been shaped by its geographical location, centuries of history, and the remarkable resilience of its people.
The cuisine will be a 5 course gastronomic adventure with dishes that blend time-honored recipes with a modern twist.
The details of the “sofra”, which means dining table in Arabic, but also more importantly implies generosity and hospitality, will be a closely guarded secret to ensure the freshest and most seasonal ingredients. There will be a tantalizing array of flavors, from the delicate nuances of our Amuse Bouche and array of family style (a Palestinian tradition) plates to the rich and comforting notes of our two main courses. The meal will end on a high note with a delectable dessert. The theme of the menu will be an elevated experience of grandma’s table with a holistic approach to all the ingredients to ensure minimum food waste. Finally, the night will conclude with a special token of appreciation that you’ll be able to take home with you. It will serve as a heartfelt reminder of the evening and the impact of your support.
