Follow your heart! Connect yourself! Explore paradise!
Mudra retreats are delighted to offer you daily yoga classes, in the serene and magic site of Tulum archaeological area. Our retreats are the perfect balance of fun, relaxation and adventure, from yoga, to full relaxation under a palm tree, from adventurous experiences like snorkeling, diving and discovering the beauty of the area to meditation classes; whatever you wish to do, we are going to create a tailor-made experience…. just for you!
Finally, our cherry on the cake is the opportunity to enjoy the practice in different locations; classes will be taught in outdoor yoga decks in the jungle and in other unique locations: the magical Mayan cenotes. These are places sacred to the Maya and where the yoga practice will allow our yogis to connect with mother nature whilst their experience will be enhanced by the surrounding natural elements and by the sounds of ancestral instruments. The outcome of the practice is a feeling of being invigorated and connected with the place and the local people in a more intimate way.
We will go above and beyond to provide you with a healthy, fun, adventurous experience where you can connect with yourself and leave the retreat with a more energized spirit.
In our retreat we will also look after your wellbeing by providing healthy and delicious food made with local fresh produce.
Healing, spirituality and inclusivity are our core values and we strive to create THE experience that allows any person to feel safe and express themselves for who they are.
Ancient Mayan ruins, crystal-clear cenotes and relaxing beaches draw people from around the world to Tulum a small town on Mexico’s Caribbean coast that offers the perfect combination of relaxation, tranquility and seclusion, whilst you can still fill your day with the many interesting and exciting activities available in the area. Tulum is located 80 miles (130 kilometers) south of Cancun and 40 miles (65 kilometers) south of Playa del Carmen.
