It was an amazing experience and the Torres del Paine Nationalpark is very beautiful. Accomodation and food  by Vertice is much better value and more comfortable than with Las Torres. But everything is expensive anyway. Once you decide to do it and except the expenses it's absolutely worth it. Booking Patagonia worked very good and safe.

Booking Patagonia was a great service, even when the companies themselves were sold out of spaces we were able to find some spots on this site. The maps and sample itineraries were extremely helpful in planning this sometimes logistically difficult trip. The campsites were great and we had no issues with check-in. The campsites also had many more amenities that we initially thought they would including- hot showers, hot water ready for cooking, cafe's, a bar inside the cafe, restaurants in some camp sites.

The trek itself was nice. But for the price that was paid the accomodation service was low. 3 out of 4 nights my tent was double booked. Vertice was ok for the price that was paid. But fantastico sur was poor. This was the expensive organisation, very little food for a lot of money. I had to fill with snacks for not having hungry.  My advice is, if you don't mind spending time on the bus, go up and down for day hikes. Mirador Grey, Mirador Frances and Las Torres are perfectly foable as dayhikes. Then you have most of the highligts.  Only britanico is too far. And if you want to do the glacier hike, maybe spend one night in grey. Overall you will spend less money , sleep in a hotel and eat in restaurant at night.

Awesome experience, even taking into account the horrible weather we had. Great organisation and very friendly people/staff/guides. We booked full board and were really happy with the accommodations, materials, food and lunchboxes we received.

Suggestion: little more investment on certain paths in terms of safety etc. Due to the weather conditions we had to pass multiple flooded water streams and grass paths.

We couldnt start out trip due to sickness and canceled it 2 weeks ahead. We didnt get any refund at all, not even for dinner or breakfast reservations. I know it is stated in the conditions and regulations of the bookings, but for these high prices and the necessity to book the camps many months in advance I do expect a bit more flexibility in the policies. This is not at all traveller friendly booking.

W trek was amazing. Just a recommendation to park rangers: on trail from camp Frances to camp Chileno, there is one very wet area with no trail marker ... it is after Mirador Cuernos and Rio del Arierro ...I jumped deep into mug not sure if that path was the right one..but it was... Trekkers could be confused. 
Camp Chileno: there is not marker said that where is camp check in. After all really nice experience.  no problem with bookings via this platform. Fast help and replies..thank you

The O circuit was stunning! Totally worth it, especially if you're lucky with the weather! Booking using the Patagonia Booking platform was frustrating because there weren't many available slots in campsites in the dates we were interested in, and there was no easy way to see if the whole circuit could be booked. All in all lots and lots of clicking around in the website. It would be nice if they could improve the UX. But once booked, everything worked perfectly. Watch out for rats in the french campsite. They didn't warn us and we woke up having one of our backpacks teared apart In certain campsites you can buy decent food and you don't need to buy from the website beforehand and it's slightly cheaper.

We had bad luck the van that picked us up didn't work and went off around noon, so we had to walk at least 2 miles until we get to a kind of small bus station in the middle of nothing, with very poor facilities. There was no telephone or internet connection. We waited at least 3 hours until a new van arrived, but we only had part of the tour. At the end we weren't able to get any lunch.
On the good side the day was beautiful and the views are amazing.
We took this trip on March 24, 2024.

The hike was great! Except, My rain jacket and gloves got stolen at Perros campsite kitchen the night before going over the pass to Glacier Grey. It was nice to have hot water in the communal kitchens. Spectacular views!

Booking Patagonia only adds a service charge of 15% to use our platform, so you can book all services in Patagonia, such as bus transportation, meals, camps, tents, kayaking, etc.

Booking with booking Patagonia was a very disappointing experience for us.
It's easy to get the available campspots, but while we did the hike, we noticed that booking Patagonia is asking a much higher price for every booking we made. For example, one campsite costs $8 dollar (per tentspot) and we had to pay $22 for two persons. Also, we had to pay a service fee ($55) per person. For that price you would expect to get the right information, but no clear information was given about how the booking was confirmed for the campsites and that we had to bring screenshots for proof.
We would definitely not recommend booking with booking Patagonia because it's very expensive.

We enjoyed our trip, the reservation of the campsites and camp-food (full board) were done very well.  Overall logistics are great. The website booking is perfect, website service is great.

Regarding the camping vendor's service:  Comparing the two, we found service and people from Vertice camps are nicer and more hospitable.  The attitude of Camp Plaine Grande and Grey was not appreciable, the service people were not respecting campers and more commercialized.

I'm sorry to hear that you're complaining about the prices. First, all prices are direct from the final provider, not from us. We only add a commission to use our platform, where you can book all services in one place.

Finally, you are not allowed to enter the park without a reservation. It would be imprudent to enter Torres del Paine National Park without finding a place to sleep.

The trekking and the nature is very nice!!!
BUT: The pricing here on the website of booking patagonia is way to much.
For example: A Dinner is at the campsite 28.000 CLP and on the website 40$! You can easily get food and meals at the campsites! Don’t book that here! They will also offer pizza and burger for about 16.000 CLP. 👍
Also you don’t need a reservation for Camping Torre Central. Just arrive there and pay 16.000 CLP for your own tent!
To summ it all up: Nice trekking, O-Trek is less crowded, way to expensive!
(El Chalten offers free camping and the Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre are maybe prettier!)

Only thing I feel worth mentioning is that the dinner and breakfast at the Vertice refuges were far superior in my opinion due to the buffet style, as the portions at Las Torres refuges were not sufficient after burning over 3,000 calories a day. W trek was amazing, and I hope to be back one day!

The trip is amazing and wonderful. Booking Patagonia were very efficient and helpful. Unfortunately the refugia and campsite are quite expensive, especially for for the quality you get. Vertice and Las Torres have a monopoly. Awesome trek, thoroughly recommend.

The hike was amazing. Only complaint was the Los Torres camps, the staff was rude, always on breaks and paid $288 USD for a filthy tent. You expect more for those prices… Vertice camps and staff on the other hand were great.

First of all, we were very satisfied with the service of Booking Patagonia wich allowed us to do the W Trail as we encountered some difficulties booking the campsites on the official websites, everything was smooth and the interface really clear and helpful even afterwards per email when we had some questions/requests. The “fees” for booking with them were in my opinion well invested. Two things that I have to add and wich explain the 4-Star review:
- the Chileno Campsite was just outrageously expensive for the lowest quality of all, ok we get you have to carry everything by horse to the top but it doesn’t mean everything has to be really dirty and small in the facilities. But it spares you 3 hours to go for the sunrise ascension so maybe a necessary evil…
- the last hotel after our trip and return to Puerto Natales: Cafe Kau. That was really a joke, twice as expensive as DT Loft (e.g., wich was really perfect and sweet for our first night) and soo loud at night, bad rooms, bad breakfast and I could go on and on with this place, the fire alarm next door mad noises every 30 sec and in the morning at the reception when they asked how our night went and I told them I got a “ah I heard about that yesterday” with no excuses, this place is sadly a shame and shouldn’t be advertise on Booking Patagonia, otherwise everything fine!

This company made it easy! 
The only thing that confused us was that we were dropped off by our main bus at the entrance station and then were told we had to take a shuttle to the Hotel which started the hike to Seron.  The shuttle was 4000 chilean pesos each and I don't remember being told about this expense ahead of time.  The park does make you feel like you have to take the shuttle so heads up on that.  
We didn't get our entry tickets to the park until a couple of days before we entered, so I couldn't print them since we were already in Chile.  Since we didn't have service at the park, I would suggest taking screenshots of the tickets to make entry quicker for you.  
We took the 3 pm Shuttle out of the park and felt that was more than enough time that day, including that we stayed at Chileno the last night and got up for the first light on the towers.  It was also nice to get back into town at a reasonable hour to shower, get dinner, etc.
The whole experience was definitely more "luxurious" than we are used to when it comes to camping.  The showers were free and mostly hot (at Grey, the water was VERY hot), and the food/beer/wine was cheaper than anticipated, considering what it would have been if the hike was in the USA.  A bottle of wine was $22-$27, snacks were around $5, and I don't think booking Patagonia did much of an up-charge with the meals.  We ate one meal at a Refugio, and it was $22 or so/per person.  The food wasn't outstanding, but they had options, and it was filling, which was what we needed.  We got dinner at Pine Grande, and it was a buffet style with Pasta, chicken or beef, mashed potatoes, quinoa, salad, bread, veggie soup, broccoli, and dessert.  Although we never took advantage, the lunch sandwiches looked large, and the folks we talked to who got the meal plan were happy with them.  The platform camping was REALLY nice, and we got that the last two nights of the trek due to booking availability, but honestly, I would suggest doing it, especially the last night or so, since you are tired and if you want to go to the towers for first light, it is one less thing to deal with.  
As far as Booking Patagonia itself goes, I found them to be amazingly helpful during the chat sessions.  We didn't have any issues with our reservations, and the process of booking the trip was as easy as it could be.  I highly recommend using this company.

The scenery is really beautiful, unique and I would come back any time just for that. The accommodation and campsites are very good and well maintained, but definitely expensive (which is normal in Patagonia, unfortunately). 

The only negative point in my opinion was the food, which was mediocre but still very expensive. I know I can't expect fine dining on the W Trek, but the quality was out of all proportion to the price, and most of the campsites on the W Trek are relatively easy to get to. If you don't book your meals in advance, you can also book dinner, breakfast and lunch on the spot, often at a cheaper price, but with the risk that you won't get a seat in the restaurants (according to the staff). However, as far as I could tell, you could always order a snack (pizza, quesadilla, etc.) on site, which was cheaper than the menu and tasted about the same.

The booking platform is very clear and much better than before, when you had to book on two different websites.

Booking Patagonia took the stress out of making separate bookings with separate companies, plus park fees. 100% recommended. Some tips: 1) the catamaran is not included, so bring $25,000 pesos, 2) you can't use camp stoves on trail in Torres del Paine, so buy lunches or pack food that doesn't need heat, 3) consider not buying dinners ahead of time because the fresh cooked food was cheaper and looked more appetizing than the buffet dinners we paid for ahead of time (but probably less volume of food), 4) make sure you take screen shots of bus tickets and park entrances, as you'll need to show them.

Everything worked out great, and I had an amazing time. I came on my own and left with many friends and great experiences. Booking was a bit challenging not really knowing what I was getting into, but it did all come together nicely. Knowing a bit about each campsite and the different ways to do the trek would be helpful.
