Welcome to beautiful Costa Rica! We’re hosting an Adventure Yoga Retreat, perfect for those who crave both relaxation and excitement. If you’re looking to step away from the everyday and reset in a comfortable, inspiring environment, this retreat is for you.
Each day begins with an energizing yoga flow, designed to build strength, resilience, and mental clarity—setting the perfect tone for the adventures ahead.
Our meals are crafted with love and care, using locally sourced ingredients to nourish your body and meet your dietary needs.
Costa Rica is an adventure lover’s paradise! Every day, we’ll explore something new—local cultural experiences, animals , stunning beaches, snorkeling, hiking, and the country’s famous waterfalls. Emi will guide you through the adventurous side, while Laura leads the yoga experience, helping you stay balanced and refreshed.
We’ll also take time to explore the vibrant neighboring towns, soaking in the local atmosphere and maybe even trying something new!
Costa Rica is rich in culture and breathtaking nature, and Cahuita offers the perfect mix—a lively yet peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle.

- Cahuita National ParkOne of Costa rica protected National parks. You will be guided by one of Cahuita's locals and top guides, walking you through the indigenous plants and wildlife that lend to Costa Rica diverse jungle.

- Amazing RoomsDepending on your booking, you can have AC, hot water, king size bed. Which is generally hard to find in Costa Rica all the comforts of home for a sound sleep.
