Day 1  Sunday, May 5

6:30 am   Depart Toms River NJT bus station

7:00 am    Depart Brick, Target 

                   20 min comfort stop

                    1 hour Lunch break

5:00 pm  Arrive Hoilday Inn Express  Smithfield, NC  for 1 night stay  

                     Overnight Bag Only please

6:30 pm   Dinner Included at Texas Steakhouse Smithfield, NC  

                  After dinner return to hotel 


Day 2   Monday, May 6

                 tour. On our motor coach visiting Cathedral of  Saint John  the Baptist, The

                  converted cotton warehouses of river street, at The Jewels of Savannah  

                 The famous Squares, Bordered by handsome townhouses and.   
                landscaped With live oaks, azaleas Fountains, Status.

12:00 pm   Arrive Staybridge Suites and enjoy 

                   Lunch & Shopping on your own at your leisure 

 5:15 pm   Depart hotel for dinner

 5:30 pm  Arrive The Pirates House for a included dinner

                   After dinner return to hotel 


DAY 4   WEDNESDAY, MAY  8

Day 5   Thursday, May 9

 featuring  White point Gardens, Rainbow Row,The Citadel Military Academy

  Enjoy Charleston's Beautiful waterfront & charming neighborhoods as we tour 

10:30 am  Arrive at the famous Market place for shopping and lunch on your own

1:00  pm  Depart and continue tour  

4:45 pm  Depart for Hampton Inn Hotel

We had a nice time however the bus was a little tight and the German Christmas Fair was extremely crowded and not enjoyable at all then on to the dinner theater food was OK however the show was terrific. We arrived at the hotel about 10:30pm (after some confusion with rooms) exhausted but the hotel was beautiful, we were told that the food card credit of $40 could only be used in the breakfast cafe it felt like a rest stop and food was below average, the next day we were informed we could have used it anywhere in the hotel info that should have been given us upon arrival. We went to the Snoopy Ice Show at 11am it was cute but then there wasn’t anything planned until dinner at 5:30pm went to Bartucci’s (which I like) but we were rushed barely had time to chew our food in and out within an hour having a 3 course meal and NO decaf coffee, then back to the hotel were the hotel had a light show. Everything was crammed into Sunday and nothing scheduled for Monday afternoon not even suggestions on things to do near by (our guide seemed unfamiliar with this venue) Old Alexandria was nice and quaint but would be more enjoyable in warmer weather and then back on the bus ( our bus driver was great).Overall I rate it a 3 and probably will not use Gary’s Fun Bus again.

This was a great trip. Even with the rainy weather, it was a fun day out. We enjoyed the train exhibit, the food and of course the company. Robert was great with us all. He accommodated everyone and was very engaged with the passengers. The bus was comfortable and clean and the bus driver was a pro. Looking forward to the next trip with Garys Tours!

I’ve been with Gary‘s tours for a long time, the buses are clean. The ride is comfortable. The people are wonderful the Nashville resorts Tropicana all trips were wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great getaway thank you Gary and your team.
