After breakfast at 8-9 am, Kickstart your journey with a 4 hour city tour. 

Visit the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque where the marble and mosaics tell tales of artistic craftsmanship, while the hushed ambiance offers a serene retreat from the vibrant city.

You will also visit The Royal Opera House, Muttrah Castle and Suq,  a bustling marketplace that beckons with its kaleidoscope of colors and animated ambiance, and Old Muscat City.

Leaving behind the coastal city, the road wound through the rugged landscapes of Oman, leading towards a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the Omani hinterlands – Nizwa.

First you will visit the Pottery Factory and watch how pottery is made in a traditional way. You will have a try at making your very own pottery. 

Then we visit Bahla soul and Bahla fort which is one of the most important castles in the Sultanate of Oman and has been included  on the World Heritage List. 

After that we will go to Misfat Al Abriyeen Village and have a local lunch. 

Then we head to Nizwa town Night in NIzwa. 

Upon arrival, the centerpiece of Nizwa's history stood before you: a historical Fort. This architectural marvel bore witness to countless generations, each leaving its mark on its imposing walls.

Beyond the fort, the heart of Nizwa awaited – its souks, both exterior and interior. The exterior souk bustled with life : local vendors displayed their wares, from fragrant spices to intricate textiles, offering a glimpse into the daily life of the village.

The day will end in a local restaurant with a night in a traditional

hotel selected by your guide.

Visit Nizwa fort which was a built during the reign of Imam Sultan bin Said bin Malik Al Yarubi (1649-1679 AD)

Then visit Nizwa Suq for shopping where you can buy silver, souvenirs, various spices and Omani sweets and dates. 

Afterwards, drive to Birkt Al Moz. Visit Falaj Al-Khatamayn. It is one of the five falls in the Sultanate registered with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation ( UNESCO ) as a World Heritage Site since 2006 due to its unique water system and the oldest irrigation engineering in more than 2,000 years. 

Then visit the old Village called Herat Al-Siiybani, an ancient fort on a rocky hill surrounded by palms. 

Then head to Jebel Akhdar, Known as the "Green Mountains" of Oman. Jebel Akhdar is a realm of natural beauty with lush landscapes and serene atmosphere.

ACCOMODATION: Hanging Terracing 

From Jebel Akhdar, you will take the road to a Wadi which has an an amazing valley with a a tranquil pool of water, a jewel nestled amidst the embrace of the rocky cliffs. The clear emerald green waters will invite you to dive in. Near to this place, on a very quiet beach. 

Then drive to the desert and check in to your camp where you will stay and try the Bedouin life. 

ACCOMODATION: Rashid Private Camp

Head to Sur town and visit the traditional ship factory. Then you will have lunch and take a boat trip to see Al-Ayjah Lighthouse and the Suspension Bridge. 

Then you will go to Wadi Shah. Ride another boat to the other side of the river. This adventure begins with a walk that can take about 45 minutes arriving at a blue pool and swimming to the cave to see the waterfall. ( don't forget to bring appropriate hiking shoes and swimwear and water shoes if desired). After this you will have lunch. 

Then drive to the sinkhole depression created by some form of collapse in the surface layer. 

Head back to Muscat.
