This is a registration fee for all vendors who are selected to participate in the refresHER Pop-Up Shop. Full Payment may be received by September 1, 2020 in order to be included in our event programming. Any questions should be directed to office@therefresher.org .
1. Vendor must be a ticketed conference participant to promote products during the event. Use discount code ' VENDOR ' for event packages
2. The refresHER Pop Up Shop will be open on September 25th 6pm-11:00pm, September 26th 10am-10pm (broken into 2 separate time slots), and September 27th 8am-11am Vendors will also receive acknowledgement in our conference program, our Facebook group, and on our website.
3. Vendor is solely responsible for payment processing at the conference. DopeXscapes/NJAG, LLC is not responsible for any payment receipts or delivery of products being sold onsite.
4. All vendors must be responsible for set up and break down of their select vendor space. NJAG will not be responsible for receipt of packages, storage of materials, or lost or stolen articles before, during, or after the event.
5. Vendor may not display anything discriminatory of race, creed, or culture, nor can any profane language be displayed onsite or in advertising materials. NJAG is a diverse community of women and we aim to ignite women with language that inspires.
6. All vendor participation fees are non-refundable.
7. Vendor must be responsible for your vendor space at all times. NJAG is not responsible for monitoring the vendor table nor products during any breaks or session moments that inspires.
