Enjoy sunny Orlando for a fun-filled trip to DisneyWorld and Universal Studios combined with a performing arts workshop. Your trip is scheduled for March 10 - 16, 2023.
- Friday, March 10 travel by bus, Box dinner.
- Saturday, March 11 bus arrives Orlando, Disney Park, hotel check-in.
- Sunday, March 12 will be your Disney Parade Performance and a full day at Disney!
- Monday, March 13 will be a full day at Universal (Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure).
- Tuesday March 14 will be a full day at Disney!
- Wednesday March 15 will be the final day of your trip at Universal and then you will take your bus back to Texas.
- Thursday March 16 travel day, arrive back to Fulshear.
Trip Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel more than 50 days prior to your trip departure date, you will receive a refund less the cost of any items purchased on your behalf. Items you will not be refunded if already purchased could include things such as park tickets, show tickets, airline tickets, etc. Once these items are purchased, they are non-refundable. You will also not be refunded the $125 non-refundable booking fee.
If you cancel within 50 days of the trip departure date, there will be no refunds.
Group Trip Insurance
Travel Insured International offers an optional Student Group Protection Plan with a Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR)* benefit (e.g. Class Failure, Illness, Pandemic, etc.).
*Cancellation MUST be made 48 hours or more PRIOR to departure! You must purchase the optional CFAR benefit at or before final payment is made for your trip and insure all non-refundable prepaid trip costs. The Cancel For Any Reason benefit is not available to residents of New York State.

Pricing for student will vary depending on the total number of students and room types. Parents that will also be attending this trip will need to do a separate transaction and book their trip in addition to the Student Package.
