About Erin

Erin has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and teaching for more than two decades, with a focus on empowering and inclusive practices that support both personal and spiritual growth. Erin, brings a warm, approachable style to her classes and her retreats, ensuring that everyone feels welcome, safe, and supported. Her classes are engaging, enjoyable, and accessible to practitioners of all levels. Erin teaches training and mentorship programs globally, specialising in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga.

Erin’s teaching blend a variety of styles, including Hatha, Kripalu, Vinyasa Krama, Iyengar, Ashtanga, and more and integrate philosophy, mindfulness, and connection to the natural world into every session, drawing on Buddhist principles and Karma yoga to deepen the experience. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, classes provide a transformative space for exploration, self-discovery, and empowerment.

Kerry Flower is the founder of Together We Breathe, a platform dedicated to creating spaces for individuals to reconnect with their wellbeing. With a deep passion for wellness practices, Kerry offers a dynamic blend of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, mindfulness, and Transformational Breathwork. Her approach fosters connection, joy, and personal growth, ensuring that every retreat is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and recharge.

As a qualified yoga teacher and Transformational Breathwork coach, Kerry will guide you through transformative breathwork sessions designed to release stress, shift consciousness, and promote deep emotional healing. This therapeutic practice creates a profound sense of peace and emotional freedom, allowing you to truly unwind and reconnect with yourself.

In addition to breathwork, Kerry will provide personalised yoga support, offering safe, nurturing adjustments to deepen your practice and help you build confidence in your postures. Her goal is to ensure you feel supported, empowered, and fully immersed in the retreat experience.
