Begin this Fall season with a 9-day mindful, devotional yoga practice!
We will meet online dally for 1 hour, in the comfort of our own spaces to share ancient rituals of yoga. Each day we will repeat the same ritualistic practices to cultivate and strengthen positive habits. Dive deep into Meditation, Mantra, Pranayama, Devotion and gentle Asana.
These 9 mornings will inspire our home practice and will
provide a sacred space for us to reset and recommit in community!
