Join Annabelle for 9 mornings of Yoga Ritual in the New Year: January 2-10, 2025!
We will meet online each morning from 6:30-7:30 am PST, live for one hour of YOGA:
Meditation, Pranayama (breath work), Sacred Mantra/Chanting, and gentle Asana (movement & postures).
We will practice the same sequence each day so that during these 9 mornings, we are building new neuro-pathways that will support positive change and bring discipline and inspiration to the rituals that bring us a sense of groundedness, well-being, and clarity!
We know when we prioritize our practice we feel better - our days unfold with more ease because we are more grounded.
