We ask that anyone exposed to or exhibiting symptoms of illness within 14 days from the beginning of your tour to stay at home. If you become ill during your tour, we require that you be isolated from the group. Capitol Tours is not responsible for any costs associated with quarantine requirements or transportation home.
· The cancellation date for this tour is October 19, 2022, which is the last day to cancel and receive a refund from Capitol Tours. Travel Insurance is available upon request to help protect your investment, subject to eligibility criteria.

Tuesday, December 6
8:00am Gather with your fellow travelers at Capitol Tours office on Leaphart Road to prepare for departure to Pigeon Forge, TN at 8:30am. There will be a stop along the way for lunch on your own.
2:30pm Estimated arrival at the Country Tonite Theatre for the Christmas Show matinee performance at 3:00pm. Get into the festive mood with the Christmas songs we all know and love.
5:30pm After the show, have a delicious dinner at the Bullfish Grill in Pigeon Forge.
6:45pm Continue to the Inn at Christmas Place for check-in. As you drive up to the doors, you are greeted by the Christmas splendor which is continued throughout the hotel and each room.
8:00pm Gather in the lobby for Singing with Santa along with cookies and milk. Christmas brings out the child in us all.
Wednesday, December 7 – Breakfast is included at the hotel, and what a breakfast it is!
10:00am Start the day off on a high note with the Charlie Bob Smith Morning Variety Show at the Country Tonite Theatre.
12:00pm After the show, enjoy some free time to explore the Shoppes at the Incredible Christmas Place. Feeling hungry? Puckett’s Grocery Store and Restaurant is a favorite at this location which is across the street from the hotel.
2:00pm Return to the hotel for a bit of rest and relaxation before tonight’s entertainment.
5:30pm Travel to Dollywood for an evening full of great crafts, shows and millions of lights! Each person will have a voucher to use for dinner at the park.
9:00pm Dollywood closes out the day with fireworks set to music to highlight the day.
Thursday, December 8 – Breakfast is included at the hotel
9:30am Visit some favorite shopping locations like the Russell Stover Candy Outlet and more.
12:00pm Have lunch on your own at a local restaurant.
1:15pm Time to make our way back to West Columbia.
6:15pm Arrive at Capitol Tours.
