Code of Conduct

At Muslim Ski Club, we are committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all participants. All participants must respect local laws and customs. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in the termination of services without a refund. Please refer to the Community Guidelines for further information.  Participants must act respectfully, follow Islamic values, and observe local laws and customs. Modest dress and accommodation of prayer breaks are required. Alcohol is strictly prohibited. If any concerns arise during the trip, please communicate with the tour leaders for resolution. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination. Violations may result in removal from the trip without a refund. By booking, you agree to these guidelines and the general terms and conditions.

Important Considerations:  Please let us know before you book of any condition, medical or otherwise, that might affect your trip so that we can check whether the holiday is suitable for you. If you’re not self-reliant or have reduced mobility (like finding it hard to walk 500metres) you must tell us before you book and if these changes tell us at least 48 hours before your holiday. You must provide notice of any changes to their health or mobility at least 48 hours before departure to ensure that necessary adjustments can be made. Failure to do so may result in the trip not being suitable for participation. No refund will be issued in this case. 

Medical Disclosure: At the time of booking, we will ask you to disclose any medical conditions so we can ensure your wellbeing during the trip. This information will be kept confidential and only shared with the relevant parties in case of an emergency.

Passport Validity: You are responsible for ensuring your travel documents are valid and meet the entry requirements for Türkiye. Your passport will need to be valid for at least 150 days (5 months) from the date you arrive and there should be a full blank page for the entry and exit stamps. Please note: the above information was correct as of writing this agreement. Travel Insurance: It is mandatory that all customers purchase travel insurance for this holiday. This insurance must cover winter sports-related activities, including ski rental equipment, medical issues, cancellations, and disruptions. The policy should also cover personal belongings, loss of baggage/equipment/money, pre-existing medical conditions, cancellation fees, medical expenses, repatriation, and assistance in the event of an accident or illness. This applies to everyone in your booking, including children and infants. You are required to ensure that your travel insurance is active from the moment your booking is confirmed and that it covers the entire duration of your trip. The Muslim Ski Club and Ski Turkish are not responsible for purchasing insurance or for any issues arising from inadequate or void policies. We strongly recommend discussing your policy needs with a qualified insurance specialist to ensure it covers all necessary inclusions.

Flights and Transfers: You are responsible for your own travel arrangements to and from the meeting points at the agreed times, in this case, Kayseri airport. 

The Arrival group transfer has been scheduled between 4:00pm-5:00pm

The Departure group transfer has been scheduled between 11:00am-12:00pm

Please note if you miss the allocated time for the group transfer, there will be an additional fee to re-arrange this, alternatively you can arrange your own transfer to and from the ski resort.

Arrivals:  Sat, Feb 15 5:55 AM – 3:45 PM  - Turkish Airlines - 6 hr 50 min - LGW–ASR - 1 stop - 1 hr 20 min IST

Departures: Sat, Feb 22 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM - Turkish Airlines - 8 hr - ASR–LGW - 1 stop - 2 hr IST

At Muslim Ski Club, we are dedicated to crafting exceptional ski travel experiences that are carefully planned to provide our members with the best possible adventure. To ensure smooth coordination with our partners and suppliers, we require payments well in advance. Once your deposit is processed, it becomes non-refundable, as it is used to secure the services from our suppliers, often months before the trip. We truly appreciate your understanding in this regard. Please review the terms and conditions carefully. By booking your trip, you agree to abide by these conditions, and we look forward to making your ski holiday dreams a reality! 

Payments and Cancellations

Deposit: A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £350 is required upon booking to secure your spot. This ensures your place on the trip and allows us to cover upfront costs with our partners. If you are booking after 23/11/24 a full payment will be required to book your holiday. 

Full Payment: If you have paid using the deposit option, the remaining balance is due no later than 12 weeks prior to the trip's departure date. Failure to make full payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit. 

Refunds and Transfers: Once full payment is made, refunds will not be offered. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person. It is your responsibility to find a replacement, and you must notify us with the replacement’s details at least 7 days' notice before the trip’s departure date to ensure a smooth transition. 

Refunds During the Trip: Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds or credits once the trip has commenced, even for unused services or parts of the trip.
