We all need a spiritual getaway for our minds to discover our peak potential and thrive. This spring, join me in the foothills of the serene California Sierra Nevada Mountains.
Gift yourself a 3-night, 4-day retreat at Vedanta Spiritual & Holistic Retreat Center, in California Hot Springs. Together we will practice Yoga: twice-a-day meditation, mindfulness, creative expression, for rest, deep relaxation, and healing. Enjoy family-style vegetarian meals, with the opportunity for a digital detox (no swiping) where you can recharge with nature and take part in a soulful renewal. Though we will be learning advanced Yoga techniques and philosophy, often not seen in fitness Yoga studios, no matter what your experience level, all are welcome here. We will offer peaceful comfort and ease to all, even if you have never meditated or tried yoga. Every planned activity is up to your discretion.

Travel Information:
60 miles from Meadows Field Bakersfield Airport, 177 miles from Los Angeles Airport, 110 miles from Fresno International Airport. Elevation is 3,000 feet in the Southern Sierra Nevada Mountains. LAX might be a 3-5 hours drive depending on the traffic. I will help organize carpool groups to drive from Orange County.

Each of our rooms in the main house is equipped with an infrared and steam sauna. There is an additional charge of $50 per person or $100 per couple for use of the same during their stay with us.
Ayurvedic Consultation and Detox:
We offer an online Ayurvedic consultation and complete health and lifestyle evaluation with a Doctor in India, based on his recommendation we give mild detox during their stay here and or a 15 days detox which they can continue at their home. This also gives them access to follow-up questions and a follow-up consultation after a month. $200 per person
Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage
Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic massage that uses warm herbal oils to massage the entire body. It's a holistic healing practice that promotes overall health and wellness. The oil is a central component of abhyanga and is often pre-mixed with herbs and specially prepared oils. Abhyanga can help with pain and stiffness, improve blood circulation, reduce stress, and improve sleep.
A treatment of 50 minutes is only $125.00.
A treatment of 120 minutes with a sauna and soak in a bathtub costs $250.
Shirodhara Full Ayurvedic Body scrub massage
Shirodhara comes from the two Sanskrit words “shiro” (head) and “dhara” (flow). It's an Ayurvedic healing technique that involves pouring liquid — usually specially prepared herbal oil — onto your forehead.
Combined with an oilation and gentle massage of the body and scalp with Ayurvedic oils, and then full body scrub with specially custom/ individually formulated herbal powers. (This is done with consultation of an Ayurvedic doctor who checks the DOSA's and current prakriti of the person)
150 to 180 minutes process cost $450.
Spiritual Consultation:
1-hour spiritual consultation and discussion $100.
Nearby things to do: In our immediate neighborhood winding rivers, hiking, swimming, running, and bicycling all year round. Dome Rock is within a 40-minute drive. Sequoia National Park is within a two-hour drive.

This package includes the full cost of the retreat: Yoga, meals, and Glamping Tents that sit up on the mountain behind the main retreat house. Set upon a ten-foot perch, our glamping promises the “Eagles View” of the sincere spiritual seeker. Sleep among the oaks listening to the wildlife and nearby creek. Let the sun awaken you to the birds as they dance through the trees.
The tents have 2 Twin XL Beds and the larger has 3 twin XL beds. All tents have a private porch, are generously spacious, and have comfortable beds, linens, and blankets. There is a shared bathroom block with 2 indoor flush toilets, 1 indoor shower and an outdoor sink.

AKASH REPRESENTS THE VASTNESS OF SPACE, THE ELEMENT OF ETHER: This all-inclusive, package is perfect for two women or two men wanting to share a room in the main house.
Akash opens out to the mountains and the starry night sky. Allow your consciousness to expand into the vastness of space as you sleep soundly in one of two custom full-sized bunk beds. Enjoy a Tempur-Pedic Mattress with 1000 count Bamboo Viscose sheets and Rajasthani Cotton Quilts. This Celestial room has an attached Bathroom with a bidet and a private entrance/exit facing the mountains.

JAI REPRESENTS THE PUREST FORM OF THE WATER ELEMENT: This all-inclusive, package is for a couple in the main house. Consider yourself bathing in luxury when in this King Bedroom. Jal is aesthetically pleasurable with its Tempur-Pedic Mattress, 600-count cotton bed sheets, a Rajasthani Cotton Quilt, and an attached Bathroom with a bidet. She opens to a wraparound porch and welcomes sounds from nature and the nearby river. As a special treat, this room has an inviting, heavy cast iron bathtub.

Cozy into your Queen Tempur-Pedic mattress with 600-count cotton sheets and a Rajasthani Cotton Quilt. This room has a private detached Bathroom, across the hall, with a bidet. There is a private entrance/exit onto a wraparound porch facing the mountain.

Tucked away in an Oakwood nook is the green tranquility of the Forest Sage. This custom designed two-bedroom container home is a chance to sleep off-grid in nature and a cozy King bed. You get a little more daily exercise as you journey a few minutes walk from the main retreat house. The King Bedroom boasts a gorgeous, picturesque window that is an ever-evolving art piece. Open your windows and listen to the lullaby of nature’s symphony as you drift into a deep sleep. *This unit has a shared bathroom and AC units in each room.

THE FOREST SAGE QUEEN
Tucked away in an Oakwood nook is the green tranquility of the Forest Sage. This custom-designed two-bedroom container home is a chance to sleep off-grid in the luxury of nature and a cozy queen bed. You get a little more daily exercise as you journey a few minute walk from the main retreat house. The Queen Bedroom will hold you in a soft peace as you sleep. It has a private porch with sliding glass doors to enjoy the Spring through Fall weather.
Open your windows and listen to the lullaby of nature’s symphony as you drift into a deep sleep. *This unit has a shared bathroom and AC units in each room.
