Loved this tour! Lovely hotels, great food, wonderful guides and the schedule was perfect. Enough sightseeing without being exhausting. Would highly recommend ItaliaSweetItalia.

I absolutely loved this trip. A college friend had been on a version of the Abruzzo trip a year or two ago, and she recommended it to me. Fabrizzio put together a wonderful itinerary, and even though he wasn't with us on the Puglia segment, his spirit was with us. I'd never heard of most of these small towns, and getting a chance to visit beautiful places and to meet so many lovely friends and family of Fabrizzio made the trip extra special. The hands-on cooking sessions, the art experience with Ettore, the trabocchi visit, the vineyards and olive oil factory in Puglia - it was just the perfect personalized trip I'd hoped for. And the food!! I'm inspired to try to make my own pasta now. Thank you for a wonderful trip. I'll definitely be recommending it to my friends!

I had a wonderful time. Fantastic travel guides, amazing food, comfortable accommodations and made friends with some awesome women. Italia Sweet Italia trip will go down as one of my most memorable trips ever!

Expectations Exceeded!!! What a wonderful time I had touring Abruzzo and Puglia with Italia Sweet Italia!! Fabrizio was an excellent guide and Katia, who guided us through the Puglia region, was also beyond wonderful. The people we met were lovely, the food was delicious and plentiful, and the experiences and knowledge I gained was above and beyond everything I had hoped for from my first ever tour group. Would I do it again? You bet!! Grazie mille Fabrizio and Katia!! Bravo!!

I had a wonderful time. Our group of ladies were fantastic. The places we visited were very interesting. Abruzzo and Puglia offered us opportunities to see Italians as they truly live. We visited a locally owned confetti factory, winery and olive oil factory that have been family owned for generations. We met local people who gladly shared with us how they earn a living, again using methods passed down from generations. We learned the history of the area and tasted the local food specialties. All wonderful by the way. What made the trip fantastic were the local travel guides - Fabrizio (owner of Italy Sweet Italy) and Katia - his associate. Their enthusiasm for the areas bled over in everything they told us, showed us and continued with the local food specialties we ate. Fabrizio and Katia took special care of those of us on special diets with uncompromising alternatives. I especially enjoyed visiting Fabrizio's family home where his mother and cousin prepared dinner for us, with our help. We had a lesson in pasta making and we were able to eat the food we helped prepare. You cannot get more local than sharing in a family dinner. It is because of Fabrizio and Katia that the trip was an awesome experience.
