Turkey offers a unique experience for African Americans interested in exploring the historical and cultural links between Africa and Turkey. Our focus will be on the city's rich heritage, art, cuisine, and architectural influences that provide a compelling backdrop for anyone seeking to understand the interconnectedness of these two diverse regions.
Tanzania is home to a diverse range of ethnic groups, and its people have a deep sense of tradition and community, offering an opportunity for African Americans to explore and reconnect with their heritage. Additionally, Tanzania is renowned for its stunning landscapes, including the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro, the Serengeti National Park, and the beautiful island of Zanzibar, providing a chance to immerse oneself in the natural beauty of the continent. By visiting Tanzania, African Americans can gain a deeper understanding of their cultural origins while enjoying the warmth and hospitality of the Tanzanian people.
Travel Insurance is mandatory. If you are unable to attend, we suggest you file a claim with your insurance for a refund. MIcah 6-8 Media, LL will not issue refunds after the first payment is made.
This is a small group, 8-12 person adventure. All travelers are booked based on double occupancy. Bring your favorite travel buddy. Please understand this is an exploratory expedition. We are seasoned travelers looking to explore and expand our knowledge of the continent of Africa. We have never been to this reason. Join us if you are adventure seekers who don't mind trying new experiences and cuisines and love impulsive travel.
Solo travelers may be matched with a travel buddy if available or charged a solo traveler fee of an additional $750.
Note: All accommodations are four or 5-star hotels, with the exception of the Masai Village experience.
