Our days will generally begin between 6:30 and 8:00 am and end between 8:00 and 10:00 pm. Each day you’ll have a mix of time Alone, Alone Together, and Together. Included will be a combination of yoga, water and adventurous activities and culture, meals, and opportunities to walk, swim, do some journaling, and rest. Everyday you will have space to explore, learn, self-reflect, integrate, relax and connect.

In summary: In Pocosol Biological Station all meals will be included, the breakfast will be always included and the welcome and farewell dinner will be included. 

Airport pick up & drop off included.

When booking flights, you’ll want to fly into SJO airport and out of LIR airport as we will be in the pacific coast which makes faster and easier to fly out of that airport. 

We highly recommend you plan to land in SJO airport prior to 11:00 AM on the first day of retreat because we'll depart at 1:00 PM from SJO airport. For the departure we highly recommend you plan to leave LIR airport after 3:00 PM because we’ll depart to LIR airport at 11:00 AM from Samara beach.

Stefanny Castro: 

A Costa Rican passionate traveler who loves nature, cultures, adventure, music, healthy food, yoga, aerials, sharing with people, and dance. She has always thought that life is much more than what we see, hear, think and do. 

She’s a certified Yoga, SUPYoga & Aerials Dance instructor, she has a sustainable tourism major and back in 2013 decided to become an entrepreneur creating her own business in academic and recreation programs in the outdoors of Costa Rica.

She loves to encourage people to develop leadership, empowerment, self awareness and love for nature as well as enthusiasm to discover the wonders of life and our planet.

- 2017-2018 Integral Yoga Certification 300HRYT - RaYoga Integral Costa Rica, Yoga Alliance.

- 2018-2022 Aerial Dance Certification 150H Teacher Training Level 1 - Danzaire Costa Rica.

- 2021 Stand Up Paddle Instructor & Stand Up Paddle Yoga Teacher 50H - Anna Levesque, American Canoe Association.

Early Bird pricing, $2.660 USD requires full commitment by April 4th, 2023. Fifty percent (50%) of full payment $1.330 will constitute a non-refundable deposit due at registration. 

Regular Registration after April 4th, 2023, $2.990 USD requires non-refundable payment-in-full at the time of booking. 

Deposits are non-refundable unless border closures issued by the U.S. or Costa Rican governments dictate retreat cancellation. In this event, deposits will be refunded minus 30% for administrative and transaction fees plus payments previously made to providers .

This experience is limited to a small number of attendees to allow for a more intimate experience. Our cancellation policy is in place to help us all work together to share expenses arising from unexpected cancellation.
