1. Payment Terms All bookings with Denovo Travels require a deposit and installment payments according to the following schedule:  Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. First Installment: Due on or before March 31st. Second Installment: Due on or before May 31st. Final Installment: Due on or before July 31st.  

2. Late Payment Penalty Payments not received by the specified due dates may incur a late fee of 1.5% penalty per month on the outstanding balance. Denovo Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking if the full payment is not received by the final installment due date.  

3. Non-Refundable Deposit Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for the deposit under any circumstances.  

4. Cancellation Policy 60 days or more before arrival: 50% penalty on total booking price. 30 days before arrival: 75% penalty on total booking price. 10 days or less before arrival: 100% penalty on total booking price. If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact Denovo Travels as soon as possible. Cancellation charges are based on the total booking price, excluding any non-refundable deposit.  

5. Disclaimer Denovo Travels is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control that may affect your travel, including but not limited to, weather conditions, strikes, or other travel disruptions. We recommend travel insurance to protect against such situations.
