Salvador is the city of the ceremonies of the Candomblé (Yoruban) religion which combines African and Catholic (syncretic) symbolism. In Salvador, you will meet and see people of all ages practicing Capoeira and dancing to Axé music. International Flights:

Please note that you are responsible for securing your own international flights. The Global Intent is not liable for any price increases or last-minute booking fees associated with flights. Cancellations due to flight issues will not result in any credits or refunds from The Global Intent.

Arrival and Departure:

• Arrival in Bahia: To ensure a smooth start to your trip, we recommend departing from the US on Monday, January 13th. This will allow you to arrive in Salvador (SSA Airport) on Tuesday, January 14th, the official arrival day for our adventure.
• Departure from Bahia: Your trip concludes on Thursday, January 19th. We recommend booking flights departing from Salvador on this date.
