About this trip

Please join us for the upcoming weekend Retreat, "Uncovering Your Highest Purpose + Aligning it with Your Work," in the Russian River region (Northern California) on Friday, March 15 - Sunday, March 17, 2024. 


We will escape from our everyday routine to come together in this tranquil space to relax, reflect, and explore our higher purpose to find more fulfillment in our lives. We will use the Enneagram throughout the retreat as a map to better understand ourselves and where we need to go in order to make change and find resonance. We will mine for values, remove limiting beliefs, and chart a course for reaching new goals and new elevations. Throughout the weekend, you will be supported by an experienced executive coach and other supportive attendees.  


There will also be an opportunity to engage in other activities, including:

  • Yoga and mindfulness
  • Meditation
  • A scenic hike along a nearby trail
  • Dedicated quiet time for reflection

Meals

A wide range of fresh, organic, healthy meals will be provided, and all food allergies will be accommodated. Like most personal growth retreats, adult beverages will not be served. 


Misc

We ask that phones/devices be kept in your bedroom during sessions so that the group can remain present and get the most from this experience. Thank you in advance for being open to this.

  • 4 pm - 5 pm:          Welcome!  Settle in and get comfortable in the space
  • 5 pm - 6:30 pm:     Retreat Kick-off with the first session of content

This retreat was an experience I will continue to carry with me both personally and in the work I do. Starting my company was a huge undertaking and I rarely get the time to reflect in the way I was able to with Vicky and the rest of the women on this retreat.
