Anara is a 5 day immersive & expansive experience in Costa Rica for 12 women (and those who identify as women) in any high impact profession ( business, change makers, entrepreneurs or creators) . Rooted in principles of awareness, empowerment & integration, we explore all areas of wellness - financial, physical, sexual, romantic, spiritual, mental & emotional with trusted coaches, healers & guides.
In a culture dominated by competition, comparison & having to prove yourself constantly it may seem unnatural to believe in the power of pausing & taking the time to invest in your growth.
This transformative experience fuels a fundamental shift in the way we live & lead, with sustainable tools that you take with you no matter where you go.

HOW TO GET TO THE VENUE:
There are several ways to get to Montezuma however, the best way is to fly into San Jose and take a hopper flight:
Best option: Fly into San Jose (SJO) airport and take a hop flight to Tambor, followed by a 25 min transfer to Montezuma. If you choose this option, you can use this link to book your domestic flight: https://partner.costaricagreenair.com/en/cristiane-machado/
Second Option: Fly into San Jose (SJO) and take a van/ferry to Aves. Note this option takes around 5 hours of unground travel and price depends on how many people take this option.
Please note: 1 month prior to the retreat starts, we will connect you with fellow travelers so you'd be able to coordinate travel plans with each other. We are also here to help with any questions you have with your travel.
