- BEFORE NOVEMBER 30th - YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND OF YOUR PAYMENT EXCEPT THE DEPOSIT VALUE and card processig fees if they apply. OR YOU CAN TRANSFER YOUR PLACE TO ANOTHER PERSON UNDER THE SAME BOOKING CONDITIONS AT NO EXTRA COST.

- BEFORE DECEMBER 31st -  YOU WILL RECEIVE A 50% REFUND OF YOUR PAYMENT except card processig fees if they apply. OR YOU CAN TRANSFER YOUR PLACE TO ANOTHER PERSON UNDER THE SAME BOOKING CONDITIONS AT NO EXTRA COST.

- Where are we staying?

We are staying in selected quality hotels in Cairo, Luxor and the Nubian Village in Aswan.

- Are all meals included?

Yes, sometimes due to travelling times packed meals and snacks will be served.

- Can I bring my kids?

This is an adult taylored journey, minimum age requirement is 16 years old.

- Language: English since we will consist of an international group.

- Which airport do I fly in and out of?

Fly in to Cairo International Airport ( CAI )

Fly out of Luxor International Airport ( LXR )

- When does the journey start?

The journey begins the evening of Sunday, February 09th at 5:00 PM with a Welcoming Circle and dinner. 

- When does the journey end?

The journey ends on Tuesday, February 18th after breakfast. There are no activities/site visits scheduled on this day and is considered the day of departure.

- Can I arrive earlier?

If you would like to arrive before February 09th and have our help to book a room at our event hotel in Cairo, please indicate so in the booking questionnaire and our Operations Team Member in Egypt will get in touch with you.

Arriving one day earlier would allow you to rest and ground before the starting of the journey.

- Do I need a visa to enter Egypt?

All visitors are required to obtain a tourist visa to enter Egypt. Citizens from the US, Australia, UK and EU may obtain a tourist visa on arrival at Cairo Airport for a fee of $25 USD ( or equivalent value in Euros ) and is done prior to Passport Control. 

1. Cairo in February is characterized by moderate temperatures and relatively dry conditions. Here’s a comprehensive breakdown of what you can expect:

• Temperature Trends:
  • Average Daytime High: 20°C to 23°C (68°F to 73°F) - Slightly warmer in Aswan!
  • Average Nighttime Low: 10°C to 13°C (50°F to 55°F)
  • Extremes: Temperatures can occasionally dip below the averages during cold spells or rise slightly higher during warm periods. 
• Precipitation and Humidity:
  • Average Rainfall: Average precipitation around 15 mm to 25 mm (0.6 to 1 inch). Rainfall is typically in the form of brief showers.
• Confortable Clothing:
  • Layered Clothing: Pack layers to adjust to temperature changes throughout the day. A lightweight jacket or sweater is recommended for cooler mornings and evenings.
  • Comfortable Shoes: Opt for comfortable walking shoes.
• Accessories:
  • Hat and Scarf: A hat can shield you from the sun, and a scarf may be useful for cooler evenings.
  • Swim suit: For a Nile crystaline waters swim in Aswan and hotel pool in Luxor.
  • Moisturizer/ lip balm: For protection from the dry desert air.

- Power outlets in Egypt are like the European ones in case you need an adapter.

- A notebook and pen for journaling.

- A personal crystal stone that you would like to charge with the frequency codes of the highly powerful sacred spots we will be visiting.

- Any essential oils / supplements that will support you in navigating through this revelatory expedition. 

- Snacks and nuts will be made available in general, feel free to bring your own if you have specific needs /restrictions.
