"This is an experience you will never forget! You will laugh, learn, grow, heal and leave with invaluable information that you can use in your daily lives." - MS
" I loved all of it. I felt so nurtured and was able to find so much peace. I loved learning from such smart, passionate women. I love all the knowledge I got to bring home with me to better my health and my family's. I loved getting to know all the great people in the group." - ES
"When I first reserved a spot to join the Ancient Wisdom for Modern Balance Retreat I had no idea really what was being planned or how it was going to go. I decided to just experience it as it unraveled. I really needed a chunk of time to reset and refill my cup and it was beyond what I could have possibly imagined it to be. This retreat really allowed me to detox my system quite heavily while nurturing my system in ways that I simply couldn't have planned for and I returned home feeling more grounded and ready for the next adventure. The added bonus of being so fortunate to be a part of an amazing group of women only made it that much better. If there were ever another retreat in the future I definitely will be re-attending!" - LB
