WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT BEING A FITNESS COACH?
“Being able to inspire and motivate people to feel more confident with their bodies, to release inhibitions, and to step outside of their comfort zone is my favorite part about being an instructor. Being a part of a group exercise class, whether you are the instructor or the participant, has so many benefits. Women are pulled in so many different directions
as mothers, wives, friends, and daughters and it is great to be a part of something that belongs only to us, even if it is only for an hour a day! We look better, feel better, think better and live longer. “
Stephanie is passionate about changing lives through exercise.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT BEING A FITNESS COACH?
“I walk into a studio room most days of the week, and I look into the eyes of many different people; some are strong, some meek. Some are full of fire, just bursting with life, while others are hiding in a corner. Some, natural dancers while others have at least three left feet! Each day I take them all in, each beautiful face...and I am proud to be a part of it; I am proud to be a part of them. Each person that walks into that room touches me in an indescribable way, and when I have done my job...I leave a small impression of myself on their souls. This is what pulls me to group exercise; it isn’t just about a physical change, though that is accomplishment. It is about a change that moves us from the inside out. It starts with our soul.”
