 Scuba diving enthusiasts? This package is specially designed to give you the best that the Galapagos Islands have to offer! A perfect mix between scuba diving and land excursions. Experience the warm atmosphere of the islands while discovering its unrivaled underwater depths.

This package allows you to discover and stay on 3 of the 4 inhabited islands of the archipelago, namely Isabela, Santa Cruz and San Cristóbal. You will also have the pleasure of visiting several other surrounding islands and islets as part of numerous organized daily activities. All excursions are accompanied by a local naturalist guide who can give you a lot of information about the entire archipelago.

Day 1 - Baltra / Isabela - Arrival

AM

  • Arrival of travelers at Seymour - Baltra Airport on the Galapagos Islands;
  • All visitors must pay Galápagos National Park entrance fees upon arrival. Arrange for payment of 200 USD in cash (price subject to change without notice);
  • After collecting your luggage, transport awaits you for the transfer to Isabela Island. Transportation includes bus, boat and taxi to Puerto Ayora port. A speedboat eventually takes you to Isabela Island. It is possible to transport between the islands aboard a small plane. Additional costs to be expected;

PM

  • Taxi transfer to the hotel in Puerto Villamil;
  • Late lunch to be expected in Puerto Villamil (not included);
  • You can take advantage of the end of the day to rest or enjoy the city and the beach;
  • Dinner in a restaurant in Puerto Villamil (not included);
  • Night in 3-star accommodation – Puerto Villamil.

Day  2 - Isabela

Isabela Island is surrounded by magnificent terrestrial and marine flora and fauna that are not possible to observe on the other islands. Among other things, it is possible to observe penguins (the smallest in the world), cormorants and pink flamingos. You will have the chance to scuba dive with different marine species such as sharks, sea lions, turtles and much more! While scuba diving, it is, among other things, possible to observe the occasional orca and whale sharks, manta rays, whale sharks!

AM

  • Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the day around 8:00;
  • Transfer to the port;
  • 2 dives at Tortuga Island or neighboring islands depending on scuba diving and navigation conditions.

Isla Tortuga is located 2 km from Isabela. It is a half-crater of an ancient volcano. It is possible to see hammerhead sharks, manta rays, turtles, eagle rays, etc.

  • Lunch is served after the 2nd dive, just before resuming navigation towards Puerto Villamil.

PM

  • Return to Puerto Villamil mid-afternoon;
  • Free time in the afternoon;
  • Dinner in a restaurant in Puerto Villamil (not included);
  • Night in 3-star accommodation – Puerto Villamil.

Day  3 - Isabela

Isabela Island is the largest island in the archipelago, but is sparsely populated. Its population is mainly concentrated in the southern part of the island, in the town of Puerto Villamil. Isabela is a still active volcanic island, with a chain of 5 young active volcanoes. Several species of tortoises and birds can be seen there.

During this day, you will have the opportunity to hike and/or horseback ride in the spectacular landscapes of Isabela. You will have the opportunity to visit the south-central part of the island and climb the Sierra Negra volcano with an altitude of around 1124m, from where you will have a breathtaking view of a large part of this vast island. It is the 2nd largest volcano crater in the world with a diameter of 10 km.

  • Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the day around 8:00;
  • Lunch served during the excursion;
  • The excursion includes the accompaniment of a private guide from the Galapagos National Park (obligatory);
  • Return to the hotel at the end of the day;
  • Dinner in a restaurant in Puerto Villamil (not included);

Day 4 - Isabela

AM

  • Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the day around 8:00;
  • Transfer to port;
  • 2 dives in 4 Hermanos Island or neighboring islands depending on diving and navigation conditions;

4 Hermanos is a site located northeast of Puerto Villamil. This site has a depth of up to 40 m. There is a small cave in which it is possible to see seahorses, sea slugs and white-tip sharks. It is also possible to come across manta rays, sea turtles and much more.

  • Lunch is served after the 2nd dive, just before resuming navigation towards Puerto Villamil.

PM

  • Return to the hotel and free time in the afternoon;
  • Dinner in a restaurant in Puerto Villamil (not included);
  • Night in 3-star accommodation – Puerto Villamil.

Day 5 - Isabela / Santa Cruz

AM

  • Breakfast at the hotel and early departure for the port of Puerto Villamil to take the ferry (speed boat) towards the island of Santa Cruz;
  • Arrival mid-morning in Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz;
  • Transfer to the hotel and taking possession of the rooms;
  • Lunch in a restaurant in Puerto Ayora (not included);

PM

  • Bay tour in the afternoon;
  • Dinner in a restaurant in Puerto Ayora (not included);
  • Night in 3-star accommodation – Puerto Ayora.

Day 6 - Santa-Cruz

AM

  • Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the day around 8:00;
  • Transfer to Itabaca channel;
  • 2 dives in the vicinity of Seymour Norte Island (sites to be determined depending on conditions);

Seymour Norte Island is located north of Baltra Island. Nearby sites are a combination of sandy bottoms, reefs and walls. It is possible to observe different types of eels, turtles, rays, hammerhead sharks, Galapagos sharks, white tip sharks, etc.

  • A lunch is served after the 2nd dive, just before resuming navigation towards Baltra and then the road towards Puerto Ayora;

PM

  • Return to Puerto Ayora at the end of the afternoon;
  • Return to the hotel and free time for the end of the day;
  • Dinner in a restaurant in Puerto Ayora (not included);
  • Night in 3-star accommodation – Puerto Ayora.

Day 7 - Santa Cruz

Santa Cruz Island is located in the center of the archipelago and is the heart of its administrative and tourist activity. It is the second largest island in the Galápagos and above all the most populated. This day will allow you to visit several attractions on the island and see the different landscapes found there.

AM

  • Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the day around 8:00;
  • Transfer to the center of the island in the highlands;
  • You will do light hiking to discover the fauna and flora specific to this region and, among other things, observe the giant tortoises in their natural habitat;

PM

  • Dinner in the ranch (included);
  • Visit the magnificent Tortuga Bay beach, considered one of the 25 most beautiful beaches in the world;
  • Return to the hotel and free time for the end of the day;
  • Return to the hotel and free time for the end of the day;
  • Dinner in a restaurant in Puerto Ayora (not included);
  • Night in 3-star accommodation – Puerto Ayora.

Day 8 - Santa Cruz

AM

  • Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the day around 8:00;
  • Transfer to Itabaca channel;
  • 2 dives at Gordon Rock;

Gordon Rock is located on the east coast of Santa Cruz. This site is an ancient volcano of which only three rocks remain emerging from the surface. The current is often very strong, which brings a diversity of fauna. It is possible to see schools of hammerhead sharks, eagle rays, sea lions and with a little luck, Mola Mola (sunfish).

  • A lunch is served after the 2nd dive, just before resuming navigation towards Baltra and then the road towards Puerto Ayora;

  • Return to Puerto Ayora at the end of the afternoon;
  • Return to the hotel and free time for the end of the day;
  • Dinner in a restaurant in Puerto Ayora (not included);
  • Night in 3-star accommodation – Puerto Ayora.

Day 9 - Santa Cruz / San Cristóbal

AM

  • Breakfast at the hotel and early departure for the port of Puerto Ayora to take the ferry to San Cristóbal Island;
  • Arrival mid-morning in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, San Cristóbal;

San Cristóbal is recognized by Ecuadorians as the capital of happiness! Its welcoming village atmosphere will charm you from the moment you arrive.

  • Transfer to the hotel and taking possession of the rooms;
  • Lunch in a restaurant in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno (not included);

  • Free time in the afternoon
  • Dinner in a restaurant in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno (not included);

Day 10 - San Cristóbal

AM

  • Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the day around 8:00;
  • A journey of approximately 40 minutes by boat awaits you to reach the site of León Dormido (Kicker rock);

León Dormido is a site located west of San Cristóbal. The rock gets its name from the fact that, from a certain angle, it looks like a sleeping lion. The site is made up of 2 giant monoliths, which offer wall snorkeling where it is possible to observe large pelagics, schools of fish and sharks, sea turtles and much more!

  • Lunch is served during the activity;

PM

  • Stop on a beach on the way back (place to be determined depending on the places authorized by the National Park);
  • Return to Puerto Baquerizo Moreno late in the afternoon;
  • Return to the hotel and free time in the afternoon;
  • Dinner in a restaurant in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno (not included);
  • Night in 3-star accommodation – Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.

Day 11 - San Cristóbal

AM

  • Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the day around 8:00;
  • Boat trip to reach the Punta Pitt site;

The Punta Pitt site is at the northeastern tip of the island of San Cristóbal. This is the only place in the archipelago where it is possible to observe the 3 species of gannets present in the Galapagos. The freediving site is located along an eroded rock. It is possible to observe different pelagics, turtles, etc. there.

After snorkeling, you will also have time to explore the magnificent land portion of Punta Pitt to observe the bird colonies.

  • Lunch is served during the activity.

  • Return to the hotel at the end of the afternoon and free time at the end of the day;
  • Dinner in a restaurant in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno (not included);
  • Night in 3-star accommodation – Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.

Day 12 - San Cristóbal - Departure

AM

  • Breakfast serve at the hotel and luggage preparation;
  • You will have the opportunity to enjoy the town of Puerto Baquerizo Moreno one last time before noon before taking the plane to Quito in the early afternoon;
  • Transfer to the airport;

PM

  • Return flight to Quito/Guayaquil*.
